    Abstract: A fuel cell includes (i) a membrane electrode assembly, (ii) a sealing frame surrounding the membrane electrode assembly, (iii) a manifold portion configured to supply and discharge reactant gas, and (iv) bipolar plates arranged on both sides of the membrane electrode assembly and the sealing frame and having a gas distributing structure configured to distribute the reactant gas onto the membrane electrode assembly. The sealing frame has a gas flow channel extending from the manifold portion in a main extension plane of the fuel cell to the gas distributing structure of the bipolar plates. The gas flow channel has a shape with a winding path, at least partially, in the main extension plane. Also disclosed is a corresponding method for manufacturing a fuel cell that is capable of reducing deformation of the sealing frame in the perpendicular direction and avoiding collapse of the gas flow channel, while preventing a significant drop in gas pressure.

    Abstract: A method is disclosed for manufacturing a fuel cell that includes a membrane electrode assembly, a sealing frame surrounding the membrane electrode assembly, and bipolar plates. The method includes (i) placing a prepared membrane electrode assembly into a pre-designed mold, (ii) injecting a sealing material composed of a first component and a second component into the mold and cooling it to solidify thereby forming the sealing frame, wherein the sealing frame has an inner peripheral region and an outer peripheral region, and wherein the first component in the inner peripheral region has a first proportion different from a second proportion of the second component in the outer peripheral region, and (iii) assembling the bipolar plates on both sides of the membrane electrode assembly and the sealing frame. Also disclosed is a corresponding fuel cell which enables cost-effective and rapid mass production while improving moldability and mechanical strength.

A method for preparing high-stability liquid blueberry anthocyanins comprises the following process steps: adding graphene oxide and chitosan to an MES buffer solution at room temperature, mixing homogeneously and adding EDC and NHS sequentially, reacting to obtain a first solution; adding dry blueberry anthocyanin powder in the first solution, adjusting pH to 4.5 to 5.0 and mixing homogeneously to obtain a second solution, and treating the second solution at 350 to 420 MPa and 2 to 4° C. to obtain the product. The method for increasing the stability of blueberry anthocyanins provided by the present invention uses dry blueberry anthocyanin powder as a raw material and adds graphene oxide combined with chitosan compound as an anthocyanin stabilizer, thereby increasing the stability of blueberry anthocyanins during processing and production.

    Abstract: A method of preparing a bipolar plate for a fuel cell is disclosed. The method includes (a) using an electrically conductive filler and a polymer binder to prepare a bipolar plate blank, (b) vacuum-sealing the bipolar plate blank in a metal foil bag, (c) applying hot isostatic pressing to the bipolar plate blank vacuum-sealed in the metal foil bag at a pressure greater than 100 MPa and a temperature of 150-400° C., and (d) peeling the bipolar plate blank that has undergone the hot isostatic pressing from the metal foil bag, and thereby obtaining the bipolar plate. A bipolar plate prepared by the method is also disclosed.
