The method includes steps: receiving input characters; displaying current input characters with a predetermined magnification ratio; judging whether length of the input characters is more than the predetermined maximum length, if not, receiving input characters, and if yes, adjusting display state on the text processing device according to the predetermined magnification ratio and the predetermined maximum length.

Abstract: An exemplary embodiment of notebook computer includes a main body, a display, and a proximity sensor. The display is pivotably connected to the main body. The proximity sensor is installed in the main body and includes an emitter and a receiver. The emitter is configured for emitting an emission. The receiver is configure for receiving the emission, determining if an included angle between the main body and the display is in a predetermined range based upon the received emission, and, if yes, generating a signal indicative of placing the notebook computer in the sleep mode.

When detecting a mobile data storage is connected to the electronic apparatus, the processing unit detects whether there are files with a predetermined marking in the mobile data storage, and copies the files with the predetermined marking in the mobile data storage to the data storage if there are files with the predetermined marking in the mobile data storage.

Abstract: An electronic device includes two directories, one of which stores an image file. The electronic device also includes a window generating unit and a multi-touch screen. The window generating unit generates a window on the multi-touch screen. The window display the image file as an image and two representations for accessing the two directories correspondingly. The electronic device also includes a detecting unit and a copying unit. The detecting unit detects an operation by a user on the multi-touch screen and recognizes if the operation is a copy command based upon a database thereof and the locations of the image and the representations. If yes, the copying unit copies the image file from one of the directories to the other.
