According to the method, respective target values of a plurality of attributes of a target entity are obtained. Representations of a plurality of leaf nodes of a decision tree are obtained. Each of the representations indicates respective statistic values of a plurality of attributes of historical entities and a statistic prediction result determined from historical prediction results output at a respective one of the plurality of leaf nodes for the historical entities. Distance measures between the target entity and the plurality of leaf nodes are determined based on the target values and the statistic values indicated by the representations of the plurality of leaf nodes. A target prediction result for the target entity is determined based on the distance measures and the statistic prediction results of the historical entities.

    Abstract: A path delay prediction method for an integrated circuit based on feature selection and deep learning. First, an integrated feature selection method based on filter methods and wrapper methods is established to determine an optimal feature subset. Timing information and physical topological information of a circuit are then extracted to be used as input features of a model, and local physical and timing expressions of cells in circuit paths are captured by means of the convolution calculation mechanism of a convolutional neural network. In addition, a residual network is used to calibrate a path delay. Compared with traditional back-end design processes, the path delay prediction method provided by the invention has remarkable advantages in prediction accuracy and efficiency and has great significance in accelerating the integrated circuit design process.

    Abstract: A method of privacy protection includes receiving from a service customer, a service request requesting for a service of privacy protection. A generative model is used to generate synthetic data based on the service request and the synthetic data is provided to a discriminator. The discriminator performs a comparison between data from the service customer and the received synthetic data, and providing a result of the comparison to the generator, where privacy of the service customer is included in or inferred from the data from the service customer. Based on the result of the comparison from the discriminator, the generator updates the generative model until the generated synthetic data meets a preconfigured requirement. Each time the generative model is updated, newly updated synthetic data is provide to the discriminator. Once the preconfigured requirement is met, the latest synthetic data or the latest generative model is provided to a data consumer.

    Abstract: A method for purification of high-purity or ultrahigh-purity gas by low temperature adsorption, has the following steps: adsorbing and removing impurity in feed gas at low temperature, obtaining high-purity or ultrahigh-purity product gas with a purity higher than 99.99%, vacuumizing an adsorber by using a vacuum pump during regeneration, and introducing a small amount of gas with low impurity content into the adsorber to regenerate the adsorbent while vacuumizing. The temperature of the adsorber is not obviously increased during regeneration. In this method, the adsorber does not need to be deliberately heated in the regeneration process, the consumption of a large amount of energy and materials caused by frequent heating and cooling of the adsorber is avoided.

A performance based integral reinforcement design of the external frame-brace sub structure is achieved through considering uncertain factors, as well as capability spectrums and demand spectrums before and after the reinforcement, and converting the integral structure to equivalent single degree of freedom to obtain performance points.

    Abstract: A method and a system for identifying a glacial lake outburst debris flow (GLODF) are provided. The method is obtained based on considering induced influences of slopes of channels and particle sizes of source particles on the GLODF. The method not only compensates for deficiencies in identifying the GLODF, but also realizes determination of the GLODF, which provides data basis for disaster prevention and control layout such as monitoring and early warning on a glacial lake and assists preventing and managing disasters caused by the GLODF. Meanwhile, multiple parameters used in the method are easy and convenient to obtain, and the parameters can be directly used on site, which saves engineering cost, improves working efficiency, and has high practical and promotional value in environmental protection and disaster prevention and mitigation.

    Abstract: Disclosed are electrochemical-mechanical thinning method and apparatus for large-diameter semiconductor wafers. The large-diameter semiconductor wafers are thinned by combining anodizing modification and mechanical grinding. The apparatus includes a grinding tool system, a wafer holding device and a grinding wheel dressing device. The grinding tool system includes a base plate and a cup-shaped grinding wheel. The base plate is taken as a cathode, and the semiconductor wafer is taken as an anode. During thinning, both the cathode and the anode are immersed in an electrolyte. Under the action of an external electric field, the semiconductor wafer is subjected to surface modification and softening. At the same time, an oxide layer and intermediate state products generated by modification are removed together by using the grinding wheel, and the semiconductor wafer is thinned under the combined action of multi-energy fields of electricity, chemistry, machinery and force.
