    Abstract: Existing program code, which is executable on one or more computers forming part of a distributed computer system, is analyzed. The analysis identifies log output instructions present in the program code. Log output instructions are those statements or other code that generate log messages related to service requests processed by the program code. A log model is generated using the analysis. The log model is representative of causal relationships among service requests defined by the program code. The log model can then be applied to logs containing log messages generated by execution of the program code, during its normal operation, to group log messages for improved analysis, including visualization, of the performance and behaviour of the distributed computer system.

The testing method is to add a certain amount of calculated testing tank into the filter frame, then introduce a gas with a certain pressure into the stabilizer tank, fill the filter frame through the buffer tank, then open a valve at bottom of the filter frame, measure a mass of discharged mother liquid in the filter frame, measure time of the filtering process, and sample and analyze the filtered filter cake and the mother liquid according to actual needs; subsequently, perform cleaning and drying processes sequentially according to such method.

    Abstract: Provided are chemical inducers of pluripotency (CIP) which include glycogen synthase kinase inhibitors, TGF? receptor inhibitors, cyclic AMP agonists and S-adenosylhomocysteine hydrolase (SAH) inhibitors or histone acetylators. A method of inducing pluripotency in a partially or completely differentiated cell by using such chemical inducers of pluripotency is also provided. The method includes: (i) contacting a cell with the CIPs for a sufficient period of time to result in reprogramming the cell into a pluripotent stem cell having ESC-like characteristics (CiPSC). Isolated chemically induced pluripotent stem cells (CiPSCs) and their progeny, produced by inducing differentiation of the CiPSCs, can be used in a number of applications, including but not limited to cell therapy and tissue engineering.
