  • Patent number: 10424005
Abstract: Methods, systems, and computer readable media for managing order processing and fallout are disclosed. One exemplary method includes processing, in accordance to an orchestration plan, an order entity containing an order item, wherein the orchestration plan is functioning on a processing layer executed by electronic order management system. The method further includes respectively receiving, from each of one or more orchestration order components associated with the orchestration plan, state information corresponding to a child order item contained in a child order entity, wherein the state information respectively received by each of the one or more orchestration order components is respectively reflected in an order component order item included within the one or more orchestration order components and determining a current processing state for the order item by aggregating the state information reflected in all of the order component order items.

  • Patent number: 9996870
Abstract: According to one aspect, the disclosed subject matter describes herein a method that includes detecting a fallout condition associated with a communication of orders directed to a network target in an order and service management (OSM) system, identifying a plurality of failed orders corresponding to the fallout condition, and generating a job control order that designates a remedial operation to be applied to each of the plurality of failed orders.

  • Publication number: 20160232595
Abstract: Methods, systems, and computer readable media for processing an order with a start-start dependency are disclosed. According to one exemplary method, the method occurs at an order management server that implements an electronic order management system. The order management server includes at least one processor and a memory. The method includes storing an orchestration plan for fulfilling an electronic order for a good or service. The method also includes receiving a request for adding a first order element having a start-start dependency with a second order element in the orchestration plan. The method further includes in response to the request, modifying the orchestration plan to reflect the start-start dependency. The method also includes processing the order in accordance with the orchestration plan.

  • Patent number: 6560281
Abstract: A method and apparatus analyzes and annotates a technical talk typically illustrated with overhead slides, wherein the slides are recorded in a video sequence. The video sequence is condensed and digested into key video frames adaptable for annotation to time and audio sequence. The system comprises a recorder for recording a technical talk as a sequential set of video image frames. A stabilizing processor segregates the video image frames into a plurality of associated subsets each corresponding to a distinct slide displayed at the talk and for median filtering of the subsets for generating a key frame representative of each of the subsets. A comparator compares the key frame with the associated subsets to identify differences between the key frame and the associates subset which comprise nuisances and affordances. A gesture recognizer locates, tracks and recognizes gestures occurring in the subset as gesture affordances and identifies a gesture video frame representative of the gesture affordance.
