    Abstract: Techniques are disclosed that relate to generating a rule for performing predictions of a characteristic of computer operations. A computer system may receive historical data that describes executed computer operations, including variables associated with those executed computer operations, and user input specifying desired properties of the performed predictions. The computer system determines, for a given variable, bins having ranges specified using the variable. The bins may be formed such that, when the executed computer operations are grouped into the bins, a prevalence of the characteristic monotonically increases or decreases from bin to bin across a bin ordering that is based on the ranges. The computer system then determines one or more cutoffs for one or more of the variables based on the desired properties from user's inputs and the determined bins. The computer system generates the rule based on the one or more cutoffs and the one or more variables.

The method includes: 1) preprocessing data on user behaviors of application management to obtain a sequence of management behaviors as a training set; 2) extracting features of the user behaviors from the obtained sequence of management behaviors; 3) establishing a multi-dimensional independent variable space using the extracted behavior features, wherein each application in the training set is considered as a point in the space; training a model according to the space; and debugging to obtain optimal model parameters and a definite regression model; 4) arranging the data of the management behaviors of each application to be predicted according to step 1) and step 2), and then inputting the result into the regression model, wherein an output of the regression model is the result of the application quality determination.

Any straight-line portion is parallel to long axes of strip-like electrodes in sub-pixels in a same row. Extension lines of fold-line portions intersect long axes of strip-like electrodes. Orthographic projections of fold-line portions on the substrate overlap orthographic projections of scan lines on the substrate. Fold-line portions are not perpendicular to scan lines.

In response to determining that the attributes satisfy the targeting criteria, a first number of entities that (i) share one or more attributes in common with the second entity and (ii) satisfy the targeting criteria is determined. Also, a second number of entities that share the one or more attributes in common with the second entity is determined. A ratio is calculated based on the two numbers. First content that specifies the ratio is sent to the client device for display.
