Positioned between the drum and component is a switching valve. This valve comprises an air-exchange chamber with a first and second chamber. The first chamber has a first inlet linked to the second flow path and a first outlet linked to the environment. The second chamber has an inlet connected to the environment and an outlet connected to the first flow path. A through hole exists between both chambers. The sealing assembly includes a driving member and two sealing members.
