    Abstract: Provided is a method for recycling a lead oxide-containing waste material, comprising: (1) contacting the lead oxide-containing waste material with a desulphurizer under desulphurization reaction conditions, and performing a solid-liquid separation on the mixture after contacting to obtain a filtrate and a filtration residue; (2) performing a conversion reaction on the above-mentioned filtration residue at a temperature of 350-750° C. so as to convert the lead-containing components in the filtration residue into lead oxide; (3) contacting the product obtained from step (2) with an alkaline solution so as to dissolve the PbO therein, and then performing a solid-liquid separation to obtain a PbO-alkaline solution; and (4) crystallizing the PbO-alkaline solution from step (3) to obtain PbO crystals and an alkaline filtrate. The method can reduce the energy consumption.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a transistor device and fabrication method thereof. A dummy gate is formed on a substrate. An interlayer dielectric layer is formed on the substrate and sidewall surfaces of the dummy gate. The interlayer dielectric layer has a top surface coplanar with a top surface of the dummy gate. A mask layer is formed on the top surface of the interlayer dielectric layer. The mask layer is used as an etch mask to remove the dummy gate to form a trench in the interlayer dielectric layer to provide a trench footing on sidewall surfaces of the trench and near a trench bottom. The trench footing is then removed by applying a dry etching process. A gate electrode is then formed in the trench to form a transistor with improved electrical performance.

    Abstract: A method of producing an elastomer composite. The method includes A) combining a first fluid comprising elastomer latex with a second fluid comprising particulate filler; B) causing the elastomer latex to coagulate, thereby forming masterbatch crumb; C) bringing the masterbatch crumb to a water content of about 1 weight percent to about 20 weight percent, thereby forming a de-watered coagulum; D) removing water from the de-watered coagulum by subjecting the dewatered coagulum to mechanical energy, thereby causing the dewatered coagulum to heat as a result of friction, while allowing the dewatered coagulum to achieve a temperature of about 130° C. to about 190° C., wherein water content is reduced to about 0.5% to about 3% and wherein substantially all of the decrease in water content is accomplished by evaporation, thereby producing a masticated masterbatch; and E) subjecting the masticated masterbatch to at least an additional 0.3 MJ/kg of mechanical energy while further reducing the water content.

A physical gateway provides bridging between network nodes of a physical network and virtual machines in the overlay logical network by serving as an endpoint of the overlay logical network.     Abstract: Some embodiments provide a novel method for distributing control-channel communication load between multiple controllers in a network control system. In some embodiments, the controllers manage physical forwarding elements that forward data between several computing devices (also called hosts or host computers), some or all of which execute one or more virtual machines (VMs). The method of some embodiments distributes a controller assignment list to the host computers. The host computers use this list to identify the controllers with which they need to interact to perform some of the forwarding operations of their associated logical forwarding elements. In some embodiments, agents executing on the host computers (1) review the controller assignment list to identify the appropriate controllers, and (2) establish control channel communications with these controllers to obtain the needed data for effectuating the forwarding operations of their associated physical forwarding elements.
