A polarizer (30) is adhered to one side of the first substrate (11) orientated away from the second substrate (21). The liquid crystal panel further comprises a touch type input structure which is adhered on the outer surface of the polarizer (30) orientated away from the first substrate (11) to identify a touch signal; and an electromagnetic type antenna array at least comprising a first-direction conductive wire (51) and a second-direction conductive wire (52). The first-direction conductive wire (51) and the second-direction conductive wire (52) are respectively made of conductive material, and are formed on any one film between the first substrate (11) and the second substrate (21). The antenna array is used to identify an electromagnetic signal.
