    Abstract: A device for preparing ultra-high purity zinc based on intelligently-controlled zone melting, including a slide platform connected with a screw through a servo control system to control movement of a heating-cooling device. A quartz tube is provided inside an induction heater to protect a melting zone. An infrared thermometer is connected to the heater, and configured to monitor temperature within the melting zone, and control power of the heater. A ring magnetic stirrer with non-contact circumferential rotation cooperates with coil to stir zinc melt. A water-cooling copper jacket is connected to two ends of the heater to cool a zinc bar, and its water inlet and outlet are connected with a water chiller. The infrared thermometer monitors temperature of the zinc bar and controls water flow of the cooling system. A lifting device is connected with a base cabinet to change inclined angle of the zinc bar.

As the planetary susceptor is revolving, the laser light is irradiating on a satellite disk and wafers on the satellite disk, splitting and converting the reflected laser light into an electrical signal and sampling the electrical signal at a fixed frequency within a time period of two trigger pulse signals to obtain an angle revolved by the planetary susceptor for each sampling. The rotational speed of the satellite disk is obtained by calculating variation between ?0 to ?1, wherein the rotation angle of ?0 is obtained when the edge of the wafer enters a viewport, and ?1 is calculated when the edge of the same wafer leaves the viewport.

The compositions comprise CARs with an extracellular domain that specifically binds MSLN. The extracellular domain comprises a single variable domain (VHH) antibody that targets MSLN. Polynucleotides encoding the anti-MSLN CAR constructs are provided. Pharmaceutical compositions comprising CAR T cells expressing the anti-MSLN CARs are also described. The CAR T cells demonstrate cytotoxicity against MSLN-expressing tumor cells in vitro and anti-tumor activity in vivo. Methods are provided for generating the CAR T cells by transfecting T cells with lentiviral or retroviral vectors carrying anti-MSLN CAR encoding sequences. The anti-MSLN CAR T cell therapy described herein provides an effective approach for treating solid tumors expressing MSLN, such as mesothelioma, ovarian cancer, pancreatic cancer, and lung cancer.
