  • Publication number: 20150369629
Abstract: An angle sensor, which relates to a technical field of angle measurement, includes: a Hall component and a magnet provided on a fixing frame; wherein the Hall component serves as a rotor, and the magnet serves as a stator; or, the Hall component serves as a stator, and the magnet serves as a rotor. The rotor is connected with a steering mechanism, and the Hall component generates and outputs a Hall voltage, so as to determine the steering angle of the steering mechanism based on the Hall voltage. Driven by the steering mechanism, a magnetic field of the magnet rotates accordingly, or the Hall component rotates accordingly, causing a result that a magnetic field applied to the Hall component changes, and ultimately leading to a change of the Hall voltage outputted by the Hall component, so as to obtain the steering angle of the steering mechanism.

  • Patent number: 8614251
Abstract: The invention provides a new crystalline form of agomelatine, preparation and use thereof. The X-ray powder diffraction diagram of the agomelatine crystalline form shows main peaks at the diffraction angles 2? 11.13°, 11.82°, 17.49°, 18.29°, 19.48°, 19.72°, 20.50°, 21.76°, 22.54°, 22.97°, 24.56°, 25.36°, 27.16° and 31.93°. Said new crystalline form is characterized by high purity, stability and good reproducibility, and thus is advantageous for the pharmaceutical formulation. In addition, the stability and solubility of said crystalline form are also superior over the several existing crystalline forms.

  • Patent number: 8524949
Abstract: The present invention relates to a complex of agomelatine and to preparation thereof. The hydrogen halide complex of agomelatine obtained through the present method is more soluble, more stable, and of higher purity than agomelatine itself, making it more suitable to be used in pharmaceutical preparation. Using this method, product of high purity can be obtained through a simple process, without having to incur further complicated steps.

  • Patent number: 7964435
Abstract: A method for controlling dopant diffusion is disclosed. Using certain control parameters that are not used in the prior art, the method provides an unprecedented measure of control over the dopant diffusion process. The control parameters include, among others, the size of the diffusion windows in the diffusion mask and the proximity of the diffusion windows to a dopant sink. In some embodiments, the diffusion process is conducted in an epi-reactor.

  • Patent number: 7369688
Abstract: A template minutia set of a fingerprint comprising template minutiae and a template interest region is provided. Further, an input minutia set comprising input minutiae and an input interest region according to an input fingerprint is provided. The input minutia set is matched with the template minutia set. All matching template/input minutiae are determined. Furthermore, an updated template minutia set is determined dependent on the matching template/input minutiae and the non-matching template/input minutiae, and dependent on whether the template minutiae are inside the input interest region or outside of it and whether the input minutiae are inside the template interest region or outside of it.

  • Patent number: 7236617
Abstract: A reference minutiae template comprising reference minutiae and a first partial minutiae template, which overlaps the reference minutiae template, the first partial minutiae template comprising first minutiae, are selected. The reference minutiae of the reference minutiae template are matched with the first minutiae of the first partial minutiae template. Using the matched minutiae, a transformation function is determined, which describes the relation between the reference minutiae and the first minutiae. The first minutiae, which are located outside the overlapping region, are transformed using the transformation function, thereby generating a new reference template. Furthermore, a second partial minutiae template is selected, which overlaps the new reference minutiae template, the second partial minutiae template comprising second minutiae.
