According to one embodiment, an apparatus includes a frame counter logic configured to maintain a global frame counter to track a number of refreshes of a display while updating pixels. The frame counter logic is also configured to determine a frame number when updating a pixel. The apparatus also includes a pixel logic configured to update the pixel.
