    Abstract: The present invention provides a high-crystallinity barium titanate film structure, a method of preparation and an application thereof, and relates to the field of materials and devices. The method includes the steps of depositing, on a substrate, a barium titanate layer with a (001) or (111) crystal orientation by atomic layer deposition in a high vacuum environment and at a low temperature of 450° C. or below, wherein a Ba/Ti ratio in the barium titanate layer is 0.9-1.5; and performing plasma annealing treatment on the barium titanate layer at a low temperature of 450° C. or below without breaking vacuum to form a high-crystallinity barium titanate layer having the (001) or (111) crystal orientation. The film structure may further comprise top and bottom electrodes formed above and below the barium titanate layer. The present invention solves the problem that an existing method for obtaining a crystalline BTO film is not applicable to back-end of line (BEOL) integration processes.

The includes when the temperature of an exhaust pipe of the hybrid electric vehicle is lower than a first temperature threshold value, sending a first work instruction; the high-low pressure conversion module outputting a first working voltage according to the first working instruction so as to start preheating of a catalyst in a three-way catalytic converter; when working data of the hybrid electric vehicle meets the switching condition, sending a second working instruction to make the high-low voltage conversion module outputs a second working voltage and stops outputting the first working voltage so as to stop the electric heating. According to the invention, two working modes can be provided, and the power battery can be used for electrically heating the catalyst in advance through the high-low pressure conversion module.

A process to provide an ultra-pure methyl vinyl ether-co-maleic anhydride material by solvent washing PMVE/MA copolymer with a solvent, comprises the steps of: (1) providing a solvent system in which impurities in the copolymer matrix are soluble and in which the PMVE/MA copolymer is not soluble, and wherein the solvent system does not react with the copolymer; (2) washing a dry powder or wet filter cake of PMVE/MA copolymer with the solvent system to efficiently and effectively extract trace impurities from the matrix; (3) filtering said copolymer from the solvent system; and (4) drying the subsequent wet filter cake of said copolymer to obtain an ultra-pure methyl vinyl ether-co-maleic anhydride copolymer.
