    Abstract: The present invention provides an anti-corrosion solution comprising reaction products of the following reaction components: 1-30 wt % of a tetraalkyl orthosilicate, with the total weight of said anti-corrosion solution being 100 wt %; 0.2-6.0 wt % of a metal salt, with the total weight of said anti-corrosion solution being 100 wt %, said metal salt comprising one or more selected from the group consisting of: an aluminum salt, a strontium salt, a chromium salt, a zirconium salt and a cerium salt; an acid; 3-90 wt % of water, with the total weight of said anti-corrosion solution being 100 wt %; 4-95 wt % of an alcohol, with the total weight of said anti-corrosion solution being 100 wt %; said anti-corrosion solution having a pH value less than or equal to 4. The anti-corrosion solution provided by the present invention can form a dense transparent anti-corrosion coating layer on a substrate surface, the anti-corrosion coating layer having a good corrosion resistance performance.

    Abstract: A positioning mechanism includes a loading assembly and a clamping assembly. The clamping assembly includes a driver mounted on the bottom of the loading assembly, at least two sliding members driven by the driver, and at least two clamping subassemblies mounted on the top of the loading assembly. The clamping subassemblies are divided into two groups and are arranged and mounted adjacent to opposite sides of the loading assembly, and the sliding members are connected to the two groups of the at least two clamping subassemblies, respectively. The driver is capable of driving the sliding members to move away from or toward each other to enable the two groups of the clamping subassemblies to move toward or away from the loading assembly to clamp or release a workpiece on the loading assembly. The present invention further discloses a bonding device using the positioning mechanism.

    Abstract: Write head coils for magnetic disk systems are commonly formed through electroplating onto a seed layer in the presence of a photoresist mask. It is then necessary to remove the seed layer everywhere except under the coil itself. The present invention achieves this through etching in a solution of ammonium persulfate to which has been added the complexing agent 1,4,8,11 tetraazundecane. This suppresses the reduction of Cu++ to Cu, thereby increasing the dissolution rate of copper while decreasing that of nickel-iron. Two ways of implementing this are described—adding the complexing agent directly to the ammonium persulfate and introducing the 1,4,8,11 tetraazundecane through a dipping process that precedes conventional etching in the ammonium persulfate.
