Abstract: One embodiment of the invention provides a method for creating an inverted index. The method comprises receiving documents to be indexed, classifying the documents to determine document types of the documents, and analyzing the documents to identify crucial portions of the documents. The method further comprises generating, based on the analyzing, inverted indexes corresponding to indexing words contained in the documents. Each inverted index corresponding to each indexing word includes a document type tier identifying at least one document type of at least one document containing the indexing word, and the inverted index further includes a crucial list identifying each document which contains the indexing word in a crucial portion of the document if the indexing word occurs in the crucial portions of the documents. The method further comprises selectively caching each inverted index based on whether the inverted index includes a crucial list.

Abstract: Disclosed embodiments provide techniques for monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of key value pairs (KVPs) used in a document processing system. In embodiments, KVPs are obtained from multiple extractors of a document processing system. A score is computed for the KVPs by computing an effectiveness metric for each KVP from the multiple KVPs. In response to the computed score being below a predetermined threshold, a model retraining process is performed to generate a new set of KVP extractors, and provide the new set of KVPs to the document processing system.

An ontology is defined, and a document type for an original document is determined, based on the ontology. Multiple key-value pairs (KVPs) are extracted from the original document based on the document type. Pages in the original document that include one or more KVPs are identified, and the smaller, condensed version includes the identified pages from the original document.

Abstract: A method, computer system, and a computer program product is provided for generating a detailed thumbnail and/or preview of a content. In one embodiment the technique comprises analyzing data obtained from a content and classifying it according to a plurality of specific types. A plurality of key information may be then extracted from the data according to the classification. A plurality of key-values are correlated to the plurality of key information so as to provide a plurality of key-value pairs. These pairs are consolidated accordingly to generate a thumbnail and/or a preview that at least renders the key information provided by the consolidated key-value pairs as a rendering.

The computer receives a composite table and identifying a data zone characterized by data columns, and a header zone. The computer identifies first header cells arranged coextensive with a single data column and second header cells arranged coextensive with a set of data columns. The computer generates a hierarchical representation of said header cells, based at least in part, on the header cell arrangements. The computer generates a revised table based on the hierarchical representation, with the first header cells identifying a data column and the second header cells identify a first header cell. The computer generates structured data objects representing the zones and being arranged based, at least in part, on the revised table and where the structured data objects are keyed to the first header cells.

Abstract: An image capture device includes a face recognition module, a determination module, and an image edition module. The face recognition module recognizes a facial portion of a portrait photo. The determination module zooms the portrait photo until the facial portion satisfies first predetermined sizes, calculates the center of the facial portion, and determines a boundary of a photo identification to be created in the zoomed portrait photo according to second predetermined sizes, which interprets the center of the facial portion as the center thereof. The image edition module cuts the zoomed portrait photo along the boundary to create the photo identification.

It combines a number of organically grown, but, non-organically extracted, standardized formulations of natural ingredients which have been used singly for hundreds of years for symptomatic relief of allergies. These include Ginseng and Gan Cao, which provide a natural anti-inflammatory effect; Bai Gao, which prevent the smooth muscle spasms associated with allergic reactions; Suan Zao ren, which provides an antihistamine effect without the usual sedative effect; and Wu Mai, which reduces the local swelling associated with allergies.
