The method includes: determining, by a terminal, a transmission pattern for a scheduling request based on uplink data, where the transmission pattern is used to indicate code channel resources that are in one uplink subframe and that are used to carry the scheduling request, and the scheduling request is used to request to schedule an uplink traffic resource to transmit the uplink data; and sending the scheduling request to a network device by using the code channel resources indicated by the transmission pattern, so that the network device schedules, for the terminal based on the code channel resources carrying the scheduling request, an uplink traffic resource corresponding to the transmission pattern.

A control device for a magnetic bearing is also disclosed, comprising a suspension stopping instruction acquiring unit and a control current applying unit. The control method and control device for a magnetic bearing can control a falling velocity of the rotor to be lower than that of the rotor being subjected only to the gravity, and have higher control efficiency.

    Abstract: A method for optimizing manufacturability of standard cells includes generating random contexts for the standard cells, inserting vias into the standard cells, and performing a lithography verification on the standard cells after the vias have been inserted. The method enables early detection and resolution of potential hot spots on standard cell pin connections and reduction of hot spots that are introduced by the router at the chip level. The early detection and reduction of hot spots shortens the cycle time of a standard-cell based design.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a method of preparing a functional peptide from a germinated bean, including the steps of: germinating a bean until a sprout length is about 0.5-1.0 cm; adding water to the obtained germinated bean, and then blending and crushing the germinated bean; adjusting the obtained slurry to a pH value between 6.5-8.0, and then adding neutral protease, papain and compound flavor protease to perform enzymatic reaction under stiffing condition, wherein an enzymatic reaction solution is obtained including the functional peptide; subjecting the enzymatic reaction solution to ultrafiltration using an ultrafiltration membrane; keeping the ultrafiltrated enzymatic reaction solution at a temperature between 70-80° C. or using ozonated water at a concentration between 20-25 mg/L thereby avoiding decomposition by microorganisms; and performing spray drying to obtain the functional peptide.

In addition, a method for producing apolipoprotein A-IMilano is provided, in which the expression vector is used to transform oil sunflower which is used as a plant bioreactor. The method can not only improve the yield of apolipoprotein A-IMilano, but also greatly reduce production costs, and is suitable for industrial production.
