    Abstract: Use of serum soluble ST2 in preparation of a product for predicting prognosis of a patient with aortic dissection and related prediction device. The levels of serum soluble ST2 of a patient with aortic dissection is quantified using ELISA technology, and the serum soluble ST2 can be used as a predictive index for preoperative malperfusion and adverse events during hospitalization of the patient, and can be used for preparing a product for prediction or auxiliary prediction of prognosis of a patient with aortic dissection. The prognosis of a patient with aortic dissection who has a low serum sST2 level is better than that of a patient with aortic dissection who has a high serum sST2 level. The risk estimation capability for MAEs of a patient with aortic dissection can be improved based on known risk factors, and can be used to accurately stratify patient risks and improve patient survival rate.
