  • Patent number: 11970377
Abstract: A brake device and a winch having the same are provided. The brake device includes a brake sleeve, a torsion spring, a sealing member and a braking assembly. The torsion spring is fitted over the braking assembly, and the brake sleeve is fitted over the torsion spring. The braking assembly is configured to drive the torsion spring to move between an expanded position and a retracted position, so as to lock and release the brake sleeve. The sealing member is arranged between the brake sleeve and the braking assembly, so that a sealing cavity is defined between the brake sleeve and the braking assembly.

  • Publication number: 20230341040
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a reducer. The reducer includes a casing, an internal ring gear and an elastic cushion. The casing has an inner circumferential wall provided with a first limiting part. The internal ring gear is arranged in the casing and has an outer circumferential wall provided with a second limiting part. The first limiting part is fitted with the second limiting part to limit rotation of the internal ring gear. The elastic cushion has at least a portion located between the second limiting part and the inner circumferential wall of the casing and abutting against the second limiting part and the inner circumferential wall of the casing.

  • Publication number: 20220112149
Abstract: A drug design method associated with natural products, includes: acquiring a molecular structure of a to-be-modified natural product with a specific biological activity; using the molecular structure as a template molecule, selecting a plurality of natural products as a reference molecule set, where the plurality of natural products has the specific biological activity and a structural similarity thereof to the template molecule is within a threshold range; and selecting one or more reference molecules from the reference molecule set, comparing the one or more reference molecules with the template molecule and determining at least one different active functional group therebetween; and constructing the at least one different active functional group on a molecular scaffold shared by the template molecule and the one or more reference molecules, thereby obtaining a modified molecular structure of the natural product with the specific biological activity.

  • Publication number: 20100075326
Abstract: The present invention provides methods and related vectors and host cells for quantitative analysis of protein interactions in eukaryotic expression system. More specifically, the invention provides a yeast surface two-hybrid (YS2H) system that can express a pair of proteins, one protein (“bait”) as a fusion to a yeast cell wall protein, and the other (“prey”) in a secretory form. When two proteins interact in this system, they associate in the secretory pathway, and the prey that would otherwise be released into the media is captured on the cell surface by the bait. Expression of the bait and the prey proteins can be designed to promote a synchronized and comparable level of expression.
