    Abstract: Provided is a 3D printing method and system using a near-infrared semiconductor laser as a heating source. The 3D printing system includes a printing spray head (4). In the 3D printing process, a laser beam is output by the near-infrared semiconductor laser to form a laser spot, which scans in an arbitrary path to cover a relevant area of a printed material for in-situ heating, thereby realizing the “asynchronous” printing mode. The near-infrared laser has higher penetration depth compared with a mid-infrared laser, so that the printing method using a near-infrared semiconductor laser as a heating source can be flexibly compatible with various printing platforms and the working process of the laser in the formed printing system can be decoupled from the 3D printing process of an article.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a composition for 3D printing, a process for preparing the same and an article thereof. By the solidifying method of UV irradiation, 3D printing is implemented. During said implementation, there is no need of high temperature heating, thus energy consumption is reduced, and there is no need for special solvent, thus harm to the environment is reduced. Meanwhile, the present invention uses micro-nano powder as the main material and polymer resin as adhesive, and at the same time, adds irradiation sensitizer. After electron beam irradiation, the polymer resin forms three-dimensional crosslinked network, thereby the strength, heat resistance and chemical resistance are improved after resin adhesion.

The device is configured to perform the following functions: presetting a processing temperature by the control system; during the processing procedure, the temperature rise condition of the processed object is monitored by the non-contact type temperature monitoring device and fed back in real time to the control system; and by recording the rise value of the temperature within a certain period, the system can obtain the absorption capability of the laser and the temperature rise degree of the processed material, so that the laser output power can be calculated according to the preset processing temperature value, and the laser power can be adjusted in real time to precisely control the processing temperature.

    Abstract: A method for achieving high-power solid-state lasers by multiple beams combination using cascaded compound laser oscillators, comprising the following steps: 1) Designing a compound resonator to achieve an output beam perpendicular to the axis of oscillation in which a compensating lens is used; 2) Designing beam combination of two independent solid-state lasers in cascaded compound cavities and using 4f optical system to compensate the beam waist separation between two lasers; 3) Based on the first two steps, multiple beams combination of N independent solid-state lasers can be achieved. In the present invention, N output beams emitted from N independent solid-state lasers are completely combined, and the combined beams hold the same waist position, size and divergence along down the same optical axis. Therefore, it can preserve original beam quality with that of individual solid-state lasers.
