The method includes: acquiring a high-frequency ultrasound detection signal of a to-be-tested sample; constructing a discrete overcomplete dictionary according to the high-frequency ultrasound detection signal, and training the discrete overcomplete dictionary; reconstructing the high-frequency ultrasound detection signal by using a trained dictionary and using a multipath matching pursuit algorithm, and obtaining a global optimal atom; performing interpolation on the global optimal atom, and constructing a consecutive atomic library; and reconstructing the high-frequency ultrasound detection signal in the consecutive atomic library according to a parameter of the global optimal atom, to complete signal denoising.

The method can further include exposing the algae to the first fluid within the first reservoir where the algae uptakes the contaminant or pollutant from the first fluid, and exposing the algae via a belt to the second fluid in the second reservoir where the algae is stimulated to release the contaminant or pollutant. Exposing the algae to the first fluid within the first reservoir or the second fluid may change a growth rate of the algae.

S2: PCA is performed on the parameter values to obtain principal components representing a variation of the geological parameters. fractal dimensions are calculated based on an existing fractal dimension calculation method. S3: the principal components are used as independent variables and the fractal dimensions are used as dependent variables, followed by performing regression analysis to obtain a quantitative calculation model. S4: the fractal dimensions of the target shale sample are calculated according to the parameter values and the quantitative calculation model for the fractal dimension based on the parameter values.
