    Abstract: An over-temperature protection system has a control board mounted in a charging device and a temperature sensor mounted in a charging plug. A switch is coupled on a power circuit of the charging plug and controlled by the control board. When the charging plug is connected to a power supply and the charging device begins a charging operation, the control board periodically receives temperature information of the charging plug sensed by the temperature sensor. When the control board determines that the temperature of the charging plug is abnormal, the switch is open to interrupt the power circuit so as to stop the charging operation for ensuring safety of the charging device.

The power output port is connected in series to the power output port of an adjacent power optimization module block. Accordingly, each power optimization module block performs maximum power point tracking for the connected solar module string to lower the power loss of each solar module string and ensure string-level maximum power optimization.

    Abstract: A split-type power optimization wiring box assembly for solar module strings of a solar panel includes a solar panel and multiple wiring boxes mounted on the solar panel. Each wiring box has a power optimization module block mounted therein. The solar panel has multiple solar module strings with each adjacent two of the multiple solar module strings connected through a corresponding wiring box. A power output terminal of each solar module string is connected to the power optimization module block inside a corresponding wiring box, such that the multiple solar module strings can be connected in series. The power optimization module block inside each wiring box performs Maximum Power Point Tracking on the connected solar module string for fulfilling power optimization on the basis of individual solar module string, thereby reducing the power loss of the solar module strings to achieve maximum power optimization of the solar panel.

The push plate is moveably mounted in a containing groove of the cover. The fixing seat, the first resilient element, and the gland are mounted in the containing groove. The first resilient element and the gland are respectively mounted on both sides of the push plate, and the first resilient element abuts and pushes the front side of the push plate. The protecting cap structure not only improves water resistance and dust resistance by the gland which is propped by the resilient element when the cover covers the plug of the charging gun, but also is easy to use because the resilient elements push forward the cover when the cover is to be removed.
