    Abstract: The present invention relates to a processing method for increasing seed production rate of seed fruits of Cucumis sativus L., comprising the following steps: (1) preparing a plant growth regulator according to a formula proportion; (2) selecting seed fruits of Cucumis sativus L. growing naturally in a greenhouse and reaching a pollination stage, and dipping female flowers thereof with the plant growth regulator prepared in step (1) before pollination; (3) picking male flowers for pollination after the female flowers are completely dry; (4) dipping the pollinated female flowers again; (5) conducting field routine cultivation management. The present invention uses a DNA methyltransferase inhibitor “5-azacytidine” (C8H12N4O5) to treat the seed fruits of Cucumis sativus L. by soaking and dipping, wherein 5-azacytidine increases seed production efficiency by reducing fruit length of the seed fruits, reducing fruit weight and reducing nutrient loss for fruit growth.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a gene mining method and system based on transcriptome and DNA methylome. The gene mining method comprises: acquiring samples; performing transcriptome sequencing on the samples and analyzing data obtained by the sequencing to obtain differentially expressed genes; performing DNA methylation sequencing on the samples and analyzing data obtained by the sequencing to obtain differentially methylated genes; performing gene function enrichment on the obtained differentially expressed genes and differentially methylated genes to obtain a molecular protein-protein interaction (PPI) network; and performing gene clustering with the molecular PPI network to identify target genes. The present invention solves the problems that it takes time and effort to mine core genes of existing transcriptome and methylome and the result is not accurate enough. The present invention mines target genes by organically integrating originally isolated transcriptome data and DNA methylome data.

An image control module converts image data into a 3D image, and a parallax 3D image is output to a first or Nth viewer through the cooperation of a display unit, a triangular prism-shaped microstructural directional beam-splitting film, and a directional backlight module, a quantity of viewers is determined by a human eye position signal in a display area collected by a human eye tracking module. The directional backlight module provides motion parallax, and the triangular prism-shaped microstructural directional beam-splitting film provides binocular parallax, so that the resolution is lost by only half in a horizontal direction and remains unchanged in a vertical direction, so that ultra HD 3D images can be implemented for one or more persons.
