    Abstract: A drive apparatus and an electric vehicle are provided to implement fault monitoring functions of two control chips when one watchdog chip is configured. The drive apparatus includes a first control chip, a second control chip, a first drive circuit, a second drive circuit, a watchdog chip, and a reset shutdown circuit. The first drive circuit generates a drive signal of a first inverter. The second drive circuit generates a drive signal of a second inverter. The first control chip and the second control chip perform fault monitoring on each other.

    Abstract: This application relates to a motor controller applied to an electric vehicle, a microprocessor in the motor controller, and a sampling trigger method applied to the microprocessor. The sampling trigger method includes: a signal generation module generates an exciting fundamental wave signal to drive the resolver to work; a signal processing module determines an exciting symbol based on the exciting fundamental wave signal, where the exciting symbol includes alternate high-level signals and low-level signals, and the signal processing module further determines a zero crossing point signal of the exciting fundamental wave signal based on the exciting symbol; and a phase shift processing module performs phase shift processing on the zero crossing point signal to obtain a sampling trigger signal, to trigger the microprocessor to sample the resolver feedback signal. In this solution, fewer peripheral circuits of a chip are used, thereby improving a product integration degree.

    Abstract: A motor angle detection and diagnosis apparatus is connected to a drive motor using a resolver. The resolver is configured to output a resolver feedback signal of an electrical angle of the drive motor. An angle sampling and diagnosis system in the motor angle detection and diagnosis apparatus performs two-channel simultaneous sampling on a resolver feedback signal, obtained after adjustment by the resolver feedback processing circuit, separately calculates a first electrical angle and a second electrical angle; diagnoses data obtained after the two-channel sampling of the first electrical angle and the second electrical angle in real time, diagnoses hardware circuits, and controls the motor controller to enter a safe state when a diagnosis result is abnormal. In this solution, sampling is performed by using two sampling channels, so that angle decoding of at least an ASIL C can be implemented.

    Abstract: This application discloses a voltage monitoring method, a voltage monitoring apparatus, and an electric vehicle. The voltage monitoring apparatus includes a power conversion module and a microcontroller electrically connected to the power conversion module. The power conversion module is configured to output a voltage. The microcontroller includes an ADC module, a monitoring module, and an IO module. The ADC module is configured to obtain an output voltage of the power conversion module, and determine whether the output voltage encounters an exception. The monitoring module is configured to: when the output voltage encounters an exception, output a control signal through the IO module. The power conversion module correspondingly stops outputting a voltage based on the control signal. Based on this, diagnostic coverage of the power conversion module can reach 99% for a single-point fault metric, thereby meeting a requirement of a corresponding level of ASIL D.
