The sialylated N-glycosylated recombinant protein is produced in the periplasm of a recombinant Escherichia coli strain W3110?nanKETA::Kan, and a sialylated oligosaccharide chain is Neu5Ac-?-2,6-Gal-?-1,4-GlcNAc-?-1,3 -Gal-?-1,3-GlcNAc.
