    Abstract: A data transmission method includes sending, by a master station (STA), a request to send (RTX) to an access point (AP) in a same basic service set (BSS), which includes the AP and multiple STAs, and the master STA is a STA that is the first to obtain a channel by contention in the multiple STAs, instructing a surrounding STA to determine, according to conditions, whether to follow the master STA to send an RTX, where a STA following the master STA to send the RTX satisfies conditions that the STA has buffer data to be transmitted, the STA is in the same BSS as the master STA, and a power of a signal received from the master STA is greater than a preset threshold, and receiving response information from the AP to transmit uplink data on a specified sub-channel.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a method, device and system for solving channel collision, which are applied to a Long Term Evaluation Advanced (LTE-A) system. The method includes: receiving control information transmitted by a base station; transmitting uplink data to the base station according to the control information; and receiving decoding results on the uplink data from the base station, and determining the resource location of a Physical Hybrid ARQ Indicator Channel (PHICH) according to the control information, thereby determining the decoding result corresponding to a User Equipment (UE) itself. The implementation of the embodiments of the present invention can avoid the problem of collision the channel resources of the PHICH determined by the UE when the LTE-A has to be compatible with the LTE.

A BS and an MS are further provided according to the embodiments of the present invention, thereby reducing power consumption by the MS.
