  • Publication number: 20150317023
Abstract: The invention discloses a capacitive in-cell touch panel and a display device. Since at least two neighboring gate lines on a common array substrate and the gates connected with them serve as a first touch sensing electrode, at least two neighboring data lines on the common array substrate and the sources connected with them serve as a second touch sensing electrode, and there is no need to further add a new film layer on the existing array substrate, this may reduce the number of masking in the production process, decrease the thickness of the touch panel and lower the production cost; moreover, a time divisional driving mode is adopted in the touch-control time period and the display time period, which may avoid the interference between the display signal and the touch-control driving signal, and guarantee the quality of a display picture and the accuracy of the touch-control.

  • Publication number: 20150014694
Abstract: A pixel structure, an array substrate and a display device are provided. The invention relates to the field of liquid crystal display technology, and can solve the problem of large shadow zones formed between slit electrodes in the existing pixel structure. The pixel structure of the invention comprises a slit electrode and a plate electrode. The slit electrode includes at least two layers, each of which includes a plurality of strip-shaped electrode sections and a plurality of slits located between the adjacent electrode sections, the electrode sections in an upper layer are positioned over the slits in a lower layer, projections of the electrode sections in the layers on a substrate are not overlapped with each other, and the layers are separated from each other by a first insulation layer. The plate electrode is provided under the slit electrode and separated from the slit electrode by a second insulation layer.

  • Publication number: 20140159997
Abstract: A gate driving circuit comprises GOA units of multiple stages. Each GOA unit includes a pull-up module and an output module. The pull-up module outputs a second clock signal to the output module when an input signal is at a high level; and the output module is turned on when the second clock signal is at a high level, and outputs a third clock signal as a first gate driving signal and outputs a fourth clock signal as a second gate driving signal when being turned on; the third clock signal and the fourth clock signal have opposite phases but the same cycle, and the cycle of the second clock signal is twice that of the third clock signal. It also discloses a liquid crystal display and a gate driving method, two rows of pixels are driven by one GOA unit, thus the space for disposing TFTs is saved, the sealing area of the LCD is reduced.
