The flue and the air channel are disposed on the downstream of a denitration device. The first segment, the second segment, the third segment and the fourth segment are disposed in that order along the gas flow direction. The first segment, the second segment, the third segment and the fourth segment each include a phase-change heat exchanger. The phase-change heat exchanger includes a heat absorption segment disposed in the flue, a heat release segment disposed in the air channel, an ascending tube and a downcomer which are configured to connect the heat absorption segment and the heat release segment.

The heat suction section is installed at a smoke inlet of the dust collection device, and the radiating section is connected with a condensation water tube. The energy-saving dust collector can reduce temperature of the smoke, improve dust collection efficiency, prevent the collector from corrosion of acid dew and prolong the service life of the collector.

    Abstract: A sludge drying system using steam extracted from a boiler unit. The sludge drying system includes a boiler flue, boiler feedwater pipes, an extraction system, a sludge drier, and a waste heat utilization device. A deaerator and an economizer are disposed on the boiler feedwater pipes. The economizer functions as a heating surface and is arranged in the boiler flue. A water outlet pipe of the deaerator is connected to a water inlet pipe of the economizer. The sludge drier is connected to the extraction system. The waste heat utilization device includes a heat absorption member and a heat release member which communicate with one another through circulating pipes. The heat absorption member functions as a final heat surface and is disposed in the boiler flue. The heat release member is disposed on a water inlet pipe of the deaerator.

    Abstract: A non-contact sludge drying system with flue gas heat according to the present invention includes a dryer, and further includes an economizer, a high-temperature flue gas heat recovery device, and an air preheater that are successively disposed in the flue along a flue gas flowing direction. A heater is disposed in the dryer, the high-temperature flue gas heat recovery device is connected to the heater by a circulation pipe, a heat transfer medium is disposed in the circulation pipe, a heat transfer medium driving device is disposed on the circulation pipe, and the dryer is connected to a sludge vapor recovery system. The non-contact sludge drying system with flue gas heat according to the present invention uses the flue gas heat from a thermal power plant boiler or another industrial boiler as a heat source to further dehydrate and dry the dehydrated sludge of the sewage treatment plant, so that the dried sludge can be used as a fuel with certain heat of combustion or composted for further treatment.
