    Abstract: Provided are a method of preparing a malononitrile oxime ether compound and an intermediate compound. The malononitrile oxime ether compound has a structure as shown in formula (VII), wherein W is selected from aryl or heteroaryl. The preparation method comprises: reacting a first raw material with a second raw material in the presence of a first solvent and a catalyst to obtain the intermediate compound, wherein the first raw material has a structure as shown in formula (IV), and the second raw material has a structure as shown in formula (V); and subjecting the intermediate compound, and a dehydrant to a dehydration reaction in the present of a second solvent to obtain the malononitrile oxime ether compound. Furthermore, the malononitrile oxime ether compound is obtained through one-step dehydration reaction. using the preparation method, is advantageous for improving the yield of malononitrile oxime ethers and reducing the cost.

    Abstract: The disclosure provides a modified cyclodextrin/mesoporous silica for adsorbing Pb and Cd and application thereof, belonging to the technical field of adsorbent materials. By using surface modification, chloroacetic acid is used as anions, and a modified cyclodextrin is grafted onto a surface of a cyclodextrin/mesoporous silica by nucleophilic substitution to prepare the modified cyclodextrin/mesoporous silica adsorbent material. The modified cyclodextrin/mesoporous silica adsorbent material prepared in the disclosure has the advantages of simple preparation method, strong adsorbability, easy separation, good biocompatibility and the like. When the material is used as an adsorbent to adsorb heavy metal ions Pb2+ and Cd2+, maximum removal rates can reach 97.8% and 81.29% respectively. Therefore, the material has wide application prospects in removal of heavy metals in sewage and the like, thereby improving the water environment that people depend on for survival.

The method includes: firstly, formulating standard solutions of bezafibrate and ciprofibrate, and preparing a tea sample; pre-washing a thin-layer plate and then performing HPTLC spotting; performing HPTLC separation to move original mixed target objects mixed originally onto different positions of the thin-layer plate according to different molecular structures, so as to form a physical isolation; and subsequently, simultaneous detection of multiple targets in the tea sample could be realized conveniently through luminous bacteria coupled with the thin-layer plate by an immersed manner.

The method comprises the following steps: (1) dissolving maltodextrin in a phosphate buffer solution, and adding CGTase for reacting; (2) reducing enzyme activity by a physical method; and (3) adding a saccharifying enzyme to the reaction system of step (2), and performing high-temperature enzyme deactivation to obtain the branched cyclodextrin. The method has mild reaction conditions, and at the same time, cyclodextrin and unreacted substrates can be hydrolyzed via the weak coupling activity of CGTase, thereby realizing effective separation of the branched cyclodextrin.

Mainly based on the character that starch nanocrystal has an active hydroxyl group on the surface, the present disclosure introduces fluorescein isothiocyanate into the surface of the starch nanocrystal in the form of stable covalent bonds through a two-step chemical modification method: silane coupling and electrophilic addition of fluorescein, so as to prepare the starch nanocrystal with fluorescent properties. The preparation process of the present disclosure is simple and easy to operate, uses cheap and readily available raw materials, involves low cost, and allows the non-fluorescent starch nanocrystal to produce significant fluorescent properties without affecting the properties of the starch nanocrystal itself, thereby expanding the application of starch.
