  • Patent number: 10861472
Abstract: The invention discloses an algorithm-based audio optimization method, an intelligent terminal and a storage device. The method includes steps of converting an original audio file on time domain into an audio file on frequency domain through Fourier transform; before extracting and matching frequency range and amplitude information of an audio signal with those of different types of existing audio test standard sound sources to determine type of the audio signal; matching corresponding frequency mapping function by function library for transform to obtain a processed audio file, obtaining an optimized audio file by inverse Fourier transform. The present invention searches a similar type of sound source by comparing and matching original audio with standard sound sources, determines the frequency mapping function for transform, maps the frequency, compresses or expands relevant frequency, and automatically performs tuning to achieve effect of improving sound quality.

  • Publication number: 20190142954
Abstract: This invention provides a polymer-bonded CA4 pharmaceutical compound and a preparation method therefor. The polymer-bonded CA4 drug provided in this invention has a structure represented by formula (I). With respect to the bonded pharmaceutical compound provided by this invention, CA4 is grafted onto a specific polymer carrier, so that the resultant bonded drug may be enriched in tumor vessels and the active drug is slowly released. Therefore, an efficacy of destroying tumor vessels is exerted at a tumor site for a long period, an excellent tumor inhibition effect is achieved, and the problem of poor therapeutic effects due to short action time of CA4P is effectively solved, and thus it has a broad prospect of development in the field of tumor treatment. Additionally, the preparation method provided in this invention is simple and has wide sources of raw materials, and it is possible to achieve scale production and industrialization.

  • Patent number: 9629923
Abstract: A CDDP complex is formed by complexation of CDDP and a polymer having a structure of Formula (I). The CDDP complex has good biocompatibility and is degradable. A side chain of the polymer is grafted with polyethylene glycol, which gives the CDDP complex good dissolvability. When dissolved in an aqueous medium, the CDDP is protected by a hydrophilic polyethylene glycol chain segment and a hydrophobic amino acid chain segment, which can effectively avoid a sudden release of the CDDP due to the influence of the blood circulation system after intravenous injection, thus improving the stability of the CDDP complex. A carboxyl group contained in the CDDP complex has pH value sensitivity and tends to be deprotonated in a low pH environment, which is advantageous for promoting the release of a drug, and improving the efficiency of the drug.

  • Patent number: 7094260
Abstract: A biodegradable common bile duct stent and the method for preparing thereof are provided. The stent is made of biodegradable polymeric material with incorporation of X-ray opaque components. The stent adapts to the anatomical shape of the CBD or it can be sutured together with the wall of the bile duct. After placing the stent in the duct, it maintains its position and does not slip. The circular tube of the stent being suitably sized and having multiple ring-shaped protruding rims at the outer wall and/or with larynx structure, leakage and outflow of the bile are thereby prevented. It can be manufactured by a conventional injection-molding or an extrusion-blowing technique. In surgical operation on the bile duct, the stent can replace the T-tube which is conventionally used to support the duct and guide bile drainage.

The circular tube of the stent being suitably sized and having multiple ring-shaped protruding rims at the outer wall and/or with larynx structure, leakage and outflow of the bile are thereby prevented. The process for manufacturing the stent comprises the following steps: (1) mixing and pelletizing of biodegradable polymer, X-ray opaque components and processing additives; (2) injection molding or extrusion-blowing followed by polishing of the exterior surface. In surgical operation on bile duct, the stent can replace the T-tube which is conventionally used to support the duct and guide bile drainage.
