    Abstract: A set of primers and probes for simultaneous detection of Cymbidium mosaic virus (CymMV), Odontoglossum ringspot virus (ORSV), and Cymbidium ringspot virus (CymRSV) and a method for detecting CymMV, ORSV, and CymRSV, along with a method for their detection, are disclosed. The method involves designing multiplex real-time quantitative PCR detection primers and probes for CymMV, ORSV, and CymRSV and applying these primers and probes to the real-time quantitative PCR simultaneous detection of CymMV, ORSV, and CymRSV. It allows for faster detection of CymMV, ORSV, and CymRSV, taking only one-third of the time compared to uniplex real-time quantitative PCR technology, thereby reducing testing costs by approximately ? to ½ for each sample. The primers and probes are highly specific and sensitive, with a sensitivity as low as 1 to 10 copies. It provides an efficient and feasible detection method for early detection and prevention of CymMV, ORSV, and CymRSV.

    Abstract: A drug for antagonizing the replication of porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus (PRRSV) and an application thereof. By using a viral infection test, a drug which antagonizes PRRSV—xanthohumol—is discovered for the first time from among a natural drug library of 386 plant sources. Xanthohumol can effectively inhibit PRRSV replication on both Marc-145 and PAM cells. Five xanthohumol derivatives having different molecular structures are artificially synthesized, and it is discovered that a derivative Xn-4 has the strongest inhibitory effect on virus replication in vitro. Test results of artificial infection and drug therapy in piglets show that the Xn-4 can effectively inhibit PRRSV viremia, relieve clinical symptoms of infected pigs, and significantly reduce lung inflammation and pathological damage.

The polarized hyperspectral imaging system includes a control system, a dual-coordinate sample holder, an image acquisition system, and a light source system, and the polarized hyperspectral imaging system detects water and fertilizer stress in lettuce by polarized hyperspectral multi-dimensional reflection imaging of characteristics on a canopy/leaf scale. The 3D laser scanning system detects morphological characteristics such as the biomass, stem diameter, plant height, and leaf area of lettuce.
