Abstract: A banknote distribution method, a banknote distribution device and financial self-service equipment are provided. The method includes: acquiring the sequences and the corresponding denominations of banknotes of a plurality of mixed banknote boxes wherein banknotes with a plurality of denominations are stored in a mixed mode in the mixed banknote boxes and taken or stored in a stack mode; acquiring the number and the denomination of banknotes of a plurality of single banknote boxes wherein banknotes with only one denomination are stored in the single banknote boxes; acquiring a current banknote distribution limit; obtaining a banknote distribution result according to preset banknote distribution rules and the banknote distribution limit; and outputting the banknotes according to the banknote distribution results.

Abstract: A system and a method for handling card detainment in a self-service terminal are provided. The system for handling of card detainment in a self-service terminal includes a card detainment handling server, a first self-service terminal and a second self-service terminal, which are communicatively interconnected. The card detainment handling server includes a card detainment information storage module for storing information related to a detained card. The card detainment handling server is also communicatively connected with a bank backend database, i.e. a bank business system, in order to obtain the account information of the detained card and the identity information of the user owning the detained card from the bank backend database and help a card detainment information and identity authentication module authenticate the validity of the card detainment information and the user identity.

Abstract: A method and a device for detecting and controlling banknote dispensing quality in a self-service terminal are provided. The method includes: detecting an empty box in the self-service terminal, setting a qualified rate of dispensed banknotes of the empty box as 0, and permanently shielding the empty box; detecting a banknote jammed cashbox in the self-service terminal, setting a qualified rate of dispensed banknotes of the banknote-jammed cashbox as 0, and permanently shielding the banknote-jammed cashbox; detecting qualified rates of dispensed banknotes of all non-empty cashboxes and non-banknote-jammed cashboxes, classifying all the non-empty and non-banknote-jammed cashboxes according to nominal values, and sequencing the cashboxes per nominal value in a descending order of the qualified rates of dispensed banknotes; and maintaining cashboxes ranked top M of the qualified rates of dispensed banknotes per nominal value in an open state, and maintaining the other cashboxes in a temporarily shielded state.

Abstract: A method, device, and self service equipment for card processing in a card reader. When a card is detected in a card reader, a card processing opening of the card reader is continuously detected for the presence or absence of a card, then, once the presence of a card is detected at the card processing opening, a user is prompted and warned that the card may have been switched, while at the same time, a currently ongoing service is suspended, the user is required to perform an identity authentication, a self service interface is switched to an interface to wait for the user to enter a password, and, only when the user correctly enters the password within a prescribed time, will processing of the current service be continued.

Abstract: A video surveillance processing method for a self-service device is provided, which includes: detecting whether there is any person in a self-service area, triggering a video surveillance system of the self-service device to record surveillance video and storing the surveillance video recorded by the video surveillance system of the self-service device in a case that a person is detected in the self-service area, and stopping, by the video surveillance system of the self-service device, recording surveillance video in a case that no person is detected in the self-service area. Hence, in a case that no person is in the self-service area, the video surveillance system of the self-service device dose not record surveillance video, and in a case that a person is detected in the self-service area, the video surveillance system of the self-service device is triggered to record surveillance video.

A magnetic card rotating mechanism is arranged in the magnetic card channel. The magnetic card rotating mechanism is used for rotating a transversely-inserted magnetic card to longitudinal direction in order to convey the magnetic card into the longitudinal magnetic card information reader, and rotating the longitudinal magnetic card returned by the longitudinal magnetic card information reader to transverse direction in order to convey the transverse magnetic card out.
