The method includes: acquiring a set of a training image, a set of an inference image, and a set of an initial backbone network; training and inferring, for each initial backbone network in the set of the initial backbone network, the initial backbone network by using the set of the training image and the set of the inference image, to obtain an inference time and an inference accuracy of a trained backbone network in an inference process; determining a basic backbone network based on the inference time and the inference accuracy of the trained backbone network in the inference process; and obtaining a target backbone network based on the basic backbone network and a preset target network.

    Abstract: The present application provides the use of an acridinedione compound in the preparation of an antidiabetic medicament, which belongs to the field of biomedical technology. The present application demonstrates for the first time that the acridinedione compound can improve insulin resistance by activating and upregulating GPR40 protein expression, participating in GPR40-PPAR?-PI3K/Akt-GLUT4 signaling pathway, promoting insulin secretion and increasing glucose consumption in liver and muscle tissue. The target of the acridinedione compound is the GPR40 receptor, its insulinotropic effect is glucose-dependent, and its hypoglycemic effect disappears when peripheral blood glucose falls below a certain level. The preparation of the acridinedione compound into an antidiabetic medicaments will provide entirely new options and strategies for the treatment of diabetes.

    Abstract: A composite polyester hot-melt adhesive, a preparation method thereof and a preparation method of an anti-scouring geotextile are provided. The preparation method of the composite polyester hot-melt adhesive includes the following steps: performing an esterification reaction on a dibasic acid and a dihydric alcohol under a protection of nitrogen and an action of a titanium/cobalt composite catalyst, adding a stabilizer for a polycondensation reaction to obtain a polyester hot-melt adhesive, then adding polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) microspheres for mixing and stirring to obtain the composite polyester hot-melt adhesive. The anti-scouring geotextile is obtained by bonding a polyethylene terephthalate woven fabric with a polypropylene geotextile by the composite polyester hot-melt adhesive.
