  • Patent number: 11244655
Abstract: A method and device for modulating a brightness-grayscale curve of a display device are provided. The method includes determining an applicable standard brightness-grayscale curve for eye perception; obtaining theoretical brightness values corresponding to respective grayscales of the display device based on the applicable standard brightness-grayscale curve for eye perception and at least one of an eye pupil change factor, an environmental factor and a factor related to the display device; modulating brightnesses of the display device according to the theoretical brightness values corresponding to the respective grayscales of the display device. The above method is a solution to the problems of low grayscale details, backlighting, high grayscale saturation, and transition-color unevenness. The problem is solved that a visible grayscale in a dimmed session is no longer distinguishable in a bright environment. And a quantifiable standard for modulation control is provided.

  • Patent number: 11191026
Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for increasing power save efficiency of stations within a wireless communications network. An access point (AP) can receive one or more session requests to establish a session from a station, each session request including one or more requested session parameters. The AP can set the session parameters to ensure that a session period of each requested session does not overlap two or more target beacon transmission time (TBTT) frames. The AP can merge two or more session periods of the one or more sessions by calculating a session period offset to align the end time of two or more session periods. Merging the two or more session periods minimizes the total wake time of the station.

  • Patent number: 11184824
Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for upgrading wireless network devices, such as access points (APs). When a first AP needs an upgrade, a network controller of the first AP may identify and select a neighbor AP. The radio(s) of the neighbor AP can be split into multiple logical radios, at least one of which includes a backup virtual AP (VAP). The backup VAP can support client devices originally supported by the first AP, allowing those client devices to roam to the neighbor AP while the first AP is upgrading, and without needing to re-associate with the neighbor AP. From the client device perspective, it appears as though they are still being supported by the first AP. Upon upgrading the first AP, the client devices can roam back to the first AP (without needing to re-associate with the first AP). No downtime is experienced, and no RF holes are generated.

  • Publication number: 20210336781
Abstract: The present application discloses a network device, a method for security and a computer readable storage medium. The example network device may include a processor to perform: acquiring data to be processed from a downstream device, and transmitting it to a trusted platform module (TPM); and after the TPM encrypts the data to be processed using a cloud key stored therein, receiving the encrypted data for subsequent usage. The processor is further to perform: sending a request to a remote server to acquire the cloud key; and forwarding the acquired cloud key to the TPM for storage.

  • Patent number: 11153824
Abstract: Maintenance and monitoring of target wait time (TWT) sessions is described. An example includes establishing at least a first target wake time (TWT) session for a first station, the first TWT session having a first set of parameters defining a wake time, wake duration, and wake interval for service periods of the first TWT session; selecting the first TWT session for health status determination; selecting a check window for the health status determination and monitoring transmissions from the first station within the check window; based at least in part on the monitoring of the transmissions from the first station, calculating a first TWT session health status value for the first TWT session; and determining whether corrective action is required for the first TWT session based at least in part on the first TWT session health status value.
