    Abstract: Implementations of the present disclosure relate to link failure detection. In the implementations, an access point (AP) determines a power save mode of each of a plurality of links established between the AP and a station. If at least two links of the plurality of links are in a power save mode, the AP determines a detection time period for detecting signals based on beacon intervals of the at least two links. The AP then transmits detection signals to the station in the at least two links during the detection time period. The AP determines connectivity of the at least two links based on responses to the detection signals received from the station. In this way, all the failed links in power save mode can be efficiently detected, thereby facilitating transmission scheduling between the AP and station.

    Abstract: In embodiments of the present disclosure, there is provided an approach for aligning target beacon transmission time (TBTT) for multi-link connection. A method comprises setting up a first link and a second link between an access point (AP) and a wireless device based on multi-link operation (MLO), and obtaining a first TBTT of the first link and a second TBTT of the second link. The method further comprises aligning the first TBTT and the second TBTT at a start time, and then transmitting beacon frames on the first link and the second link according to the aligning of the first TBTT and second TBTT. Embodiments of the present disclosure synchronize and align the beacon TBTTs for different links, and can reduce the wake-up time on all active links, thereby saving power for the wireless device.

Radio statistics indicating transmissions between an AP and a plurality of clients are obtained at the AP. Based on the radio statistics, a client suffering from adjacent band interference is identified from the plurality of clients. An indication is transmitted to at least one other client of the plurality of clients to mitigate the adjacent band interference and the at least one other client is identified based on the client. In this way, by transmitting the indication to the client(s) associated with the client identified as suffering from the adjacent band interference, the adjacent band interference can be mitigated or eliminated efficiently.

    Abstract: In embodiments of the present disclosure, a method is provided for managing a mesh point. A request is transmitted from a mesh point to a mesh portal, and the request indicates that Reduced Neighbor Report (RNR) information is required. A beacon with the RNR information is received from the mesh portal. A mesh link is established with a target mesh portal based on the beacon with the RNR information. Therefore, the time cost and the data communication of a scanning procedure of the mesh point may be greatly reduced. Further, communications in the scanning procedure are lowered, such that conflicts in the air may be alleviated.

    Abstract: Implementations of the present disclosure relate to selecting a transmitting virtual access point (VAP) for a MBSSID set. A method comprises selecting a VAP from a set of VAPs as a transmitting VAP based on context information about the set of VAPs, at least one of the set of VAPs other than the transmitting VAP being determined as at least one non-transmitting VAP The method also comprises generating a beacon frame for the set of VAPs by including an identifier of the transmitting VAP in a header part of the beacon frame and including at least one identifier of the at least one non-transmitting VAP in a payload part of the beacon frame. A generated beacon frame is broadcasted. In this way, a transmitting VAP of a set of VAPs is no longer determined by default, but can be selected for different cases.

The AP determines, based on respective sets of TWT parameters of existing TWT sessions and the first set of TWT parameters, a second set of TWT parameters for the TWT client to minimize overlap between the TWT session and the existing TWT sessions. Embodiments of the present disclosure provide an effective way for assigning air resources to multiple TWT clients in a congested environment, thereby reducing collisions among TWT sessions.

The method includes determining an applicable standard brightness-grayscale curve for eye perception; obtaining theoretical brightness values corresponding to respective grayscales of the display device based on the applicable standard brightness-grayscale curve for eye perception and at least one of an eye pupil change factor, an environmental factor and a factor related to the display device; modulating brightnesses of the display device according to the theoretical brightness values corresponding to the respective grayscales of the display device. The above method is a solution to the problems of low grayscale details, backlighting, high grayscale saturation, and transition-color unevenness. The problem is solved that a visible grayscale in a dimmed session is no longer distinguishable in a bright environment. And a quantifiable standard for modulation control is provided.

An access point (AP) can receive one or more session requests to establish a session from a station, each session request including one or more requested session parameters. The AP can set the session parameters to ensure that a session period of each requested session does not overlap two or more target beacon transmission time (TBTT) frames. The AP can merge two or more session periods of the one or more sessions by calculating a session period offset to align the end time of two or more session periods. Merging the two or more session periods minimizes the total wake time of the station.
