Abstract: The present disclosure provides a reagent for detecting an expression level of a human histamine receptor HRH4 mRNA, a kit and a detection method. In the present disclosure, the reagent includes a specific primer and a probe for a human histamine receptor HRH4, the specific primer includes an HRH4-F and an HRH4-R, and the probe includes an H4-Probe; and the HRH4-F has a nucleotide sequence shown in SEQ ID NO. 1, the HRH4-R has a nucleotide sequence shown in SEQ ID NO. 2 and the H4-Probe has a nucleotide sequence shown in SEQ ID NO. 3. In the present disclosure, a kit for one-step detection and a detection method based on the reagent are prepared, and the expression level of the HRH4 mRNA can be one-step quantitatively detected with simple operation and short detection time.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a kit for detecting dust mite component-specific antibodies, and belongs to the technical field of antibody detection kits. The kit comprises a biotin-polystreptavidin-biotin-dust mite antigen-coated nitrocellulose (NC) membrane, a washing solution, an alkaline phosphatase (ALP)-labeled secondary antibody solution for dust mite component-specific antibodies, and a substrate solution. The kit may be used in cooperation with a fully automated instrument.

Abstract: A composite material, including between 30 and 94 percent by weight of a polymer mixture of polyethylene or polypropylene, polyolefin elastomer, and sorbitol; between 5 and 60 percent by weight of a reinforcing agent; between 0 and 40 percent by weight of a strengthening agent; between 0.1 and 1 percent by weight of a disproportionation agent; between 0.1 and 1 percent by weight of a coupling agent; between 0.1 and 1 percent by weight of an antioxidant; between 0.1 and 1 percent by weight of an anti-aging agent; between 0.1 and 1 percent by weight of an ultraviolet absorber; between 0.1 and 1 percent by weight of a lubricant; and between 0.1 and 1 percent by weight of triethyl aluminum. A method for preparing the composite material includes separately mixing components, combining them in a twin screw extruder, and extruding and granulating the combined mixture.
