The method further comprises updating the target error rate for transmitting subsequent data from the second device to the first device based on an amount of the adjustment of the code rate (230). An improved link adaption scheme and improve uplink/downlink transmission performance of the communication system are provided.

    Abstract: Provided are a charging circuit and an electronic device. The charging circuit includes a first switch tube and an electro-migration suppression circuit. A first end of the first switch tube is connected to a power supply, and a second end of the first switch tube is connected to a to-be-charged battery. The electro-migration suppression circuit is electrically connected to a controlled end of the first switch tube; wherein in a condition of the power supply stopping charging the to-be-charged battery, the electro-migration suppression circuit is configured to adjust a voltage difference between the second end and the controlled end of the first switch tube by adjusting a voltage on the controlled end of the first switch tube, for reducing an electro-migration amount between the second end and the controlled end of the first switch tube.

    Abstract: This invention proposes a method to regulate high efficiency region of permanent magnet motor. The internal relationship between the point with maximum efficiency and the points around it is firstly revealed. Then, the optimal combination of copper loss, iron loss and permanent magnet eddy-current loss is presented when maximum efficiency point moves toward different directions. Hence, the method for regulating high efficiency region can be obtained. This method can be suitable for any type of permanent magnet motors, which can adjust high efficiency region to the dense working point area of the motor under different operating conditions according to design requirements. If this method is used into electric vehicle, it can combine the high efficiency region with the electric vehicle driving cycle to reduce energy consumption and enhance the life mileage of electric vehicle effectively.

If the determination is positive, then all of the display units within the target region are assigned to the same class and a visual indicator is assigned to each display unit in the target region based on the class to which the display unit was assigned. If the determination is negative, then the target region is divided into a plurality of subdivided target regions and the foregoing method is applied to each of the subdivided target regions.

The base station includes a covariance matrix obtaining unit forming a covariance matrix of an interference vector and a noise vector from received signals from multiple user equipment; a ratio calculation and comparison unit that calculates a relative ratio between the interference and the noise in the received signals based on the covariance matrix and compares the ratio with a predetermined threshold; an adjusting unit that reduces values of non-diagonal elements in the covariance matrix when the ratio is less than the predetermined threshold; an equalizer unit that performs equalization based on the covariance matrix using an Interference Rejection Combining algorithm when the ratio is greater than or equal to the predetermined threshold, and equalizes the received signals based on the adjusted covariance matrix using a Minimum Mean Square Error algorithm when the ratio is less than the predetermined threshold.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a space-time-frequency encoding and decoding method and apparatus used in a wireless communication system. With the encoding method provided in the invention, transmission code words and their redundant elements are properly allocated on space-time-frequency units, so that the transmission codes and their partial redundancies can be transmitted via different antennas. Accordingly, at the receiving side, the redundant elements and the corresponding code word elements can be combined, so as to enhance the SNR and diversity gains for a part of the elements in the code words, and hence enhance the reception quality for the overall data stream.
