  • Patent number: 11917565
Abstract: This application provides a channel access indication method and device. The method includes: receiving, by a first communications device, a channel synchronization request sent by a second communications device, where the channel synchronization request is used to request the first communications device to send a synchronization frame to the second communications device, and a wake-up receiver is configured for the second communications device; and according to the channel synchronization request and a time at which the second communications device is woken up and that is learned by the first communications device based on preset signaling, sending, by the first communications device when a channel is idle, the synchronization frame to the woken-up second communications device, where the synchronization frame is used to instruct the woken-up second communications device to access the channel after receiving the synchronization frame.

  • Patent number: 8119369
Abstract: The inventive subject matter relates to novel compositions, methods, and kits for enhancing the expression, solubility, and isolation of heterologous proteins. Further, the inventive subject matter relates to methods for generating proteins with novel N-terminal amino acids, unlike wild-type proteins which always are translated from mRNA with methionine at the N-terminus.

  • Publication number: 20100008851
Abstract: Described herein are antibodies that specifically bind ganglioside GD2. Also described are nucleotides encoding such antibodies, cells expressing such antibodies, methods of use for such antibodies, and methods for using the antibodies to treat diseases associated with ganglioside GD2. In addition, tissue culture media supplements are described as are methods of use for the supplements. Described herein are albumin-ganglioside conjugates and corresponding methods for producing such conjugates. Methods of purifying or isolating antibodies are also described.

  • Publication number: 20050087445
Abstract: The invention provides a novel solution isoelectric focusing device and method that can reproducibly fractionate charged molecules into well-defined pools. This approach can be applied to mixtures of charged molecules, such as eukaryotic proteome samples where reproducible resolution and quantitation of greater than 10,000 protein components is feasible.
