  • Publication number: 20240207078
Abstract: A Z-shaped braided stent capable of being implanted into a human organ. The Z-shaped braided stent comprises: a first tubular wire mesh having N braided rings and formed by continuously braiding first braid wires (I) in a Z shape, each braided ring of the first tubular wire mesh having a plurality of first bending points (A) formed by bending the first braid wires (I) and distributed at intervals; and a second tubular wire mesh having N braided rings and formed by continuously braiding second braid wires (II) in a Z shape, each braided ring of the second tubular wire mesh having a plurality of second bending points (B) formed by bending the second braid wires (II) and distributed at intervals. By hooking the first bending points (A) with the second bending points (B), the second tubular wire mesh and the first tubular wire mesh are connected together to form the Z-shaped braided stent. The braided stent can be subjected to axially deformable compression, but axially basically non-deformable stretching.

  • Patent number: 11911477
Abstract: The present disclosure provides use of fructose in preparing a drug for treating a cerebral ischemic stroke, and relates to the technical field of biomedicine. In the present disclosure, an ischemic injury cell model and an ischemic injury animal model are established, and fructose treatment is conducted on the injury models; and it is found that the fructose can regulate energy metabolism and redox metabolism of neurons, and reduce an ischemic injury of model cells and model animals. Specifically, the present disclosure includes: reducing a neuronal mortality after the ischemic injury, reducing an area of cerebral infarction in animals with the ischemic injury, and improving neurobehavioral characteristics of the animals.

  • Publication number: 20230348591
Abstract: A specific antibody for detecting the blood brain barrier early injury of cerebral ischemic stroke is characterized by specifically identifying specifically identifying DHYETDYTTGGESC in degradation fragments of an occludin protein, but not identify ing the full-length occludin protein. Therefore, the antibody can be used for specifically detecting the blood brain barrier early injury of the cerebral ischemic stroke, and can eliminate the influence of the full-length occludin protein in serum on a detection result, so that the specificity and accuracy of detecting the blood brain barrier early injury of the cerebral ischemic stroke are significantly improved.

  • Publication number: 20170224217
Abstract: In various embodiments, the present invention teaches systems and methods for using T1-weighted black-blood MR imaging, with which a CVT can be well isolated from the surrounding tissues due to the signal suppression of flowing blood. In some embodiments, the invention teaches using black-blood imaging (3D variable-flip-angle turbo spin-echo acquisition) to directly visualize thrombi. In certain embodiments, the invention teaches using T1 weighted image contrast and isotropic sub-millimeter spatial resolution for accurate detection and staging of thrombi. In various embodiments, the invention allows for the detection of chronic thrombosis recanalization.
