Abstract: The present invention discloses a swing exercise machine including a support frame, a pair of footrests disposed at both sides of support frame and at least one suspension arm disposed between footrests and support frame, each footrest is rotatably connected to at least one suspension arm, and a pivot assembly is provided between the support frame and each suspension arm. The present invention is equipped with a support frame, a pair of footrests, and at least one suspension arm disposed between each footrest and support frame, each footrest is rotatably connected to at least one suspension arm, the connected X and Y pivot assemblies are disposed between suspension arms and support frame to allow footrests to swing back-and-forth, left-and-right. The present invention has simple structure and small volume, can realize effect of large-scale forward, backward, left and right movement of footrests through suspension arms, thus can effectively realize fitness effects.
