  • Publication number: 20160141051
Abstract: A shift register comprises a first switch, a second switch, a third switch, and a fourth switch. The first switch selectively conducts a first clock signal to a first output terminal as a first output signal based on a voltage level over the control terminal. The second switch selectively forces a voltage level of the first output signal to be equal to a voltage level of a second clock signal based on both of the second clock signal and a third clock signal inverted to the second clock signal. The third switch selectively defines a voltage over the control terminal to be a first voltage based on a first input signal. The fourth switch selectively forces the voltage level over the control terminal to be equal to the voltage level of the second clock signal based on both of the second clock signal and the third clock signal.

Abstract: A shift register includes a plurality of shift register circuits. Each of the shift register circuits includes a first switch, an input circuit, a pull-down circuit and a ripple reduction circuit. The first switch is used to output a scanning signal of the shift register circuit according to voltage levels of a node and a clock signal. The input circuit is used to pull up the voltage level of the node according to a scanning signal of a previous shift register circuit. The pull-down circuit is used to pull down the voltage levels of the node and the scanning signal of the shift register circuit according to a scanning signal of a following shift register circuit. The ripple reduction circuit is used to suppress ripples on the voltage levels of the node and the scanning signal caused by the coupling effect of the clock signal.

  • Publication number: 20150294058
Abstract: In this disclosure, a mark segmentation method and a method for manufacturing a semiconductor structure applying the same are provided. The mark segmentation method comprises the following steps. First, a plurality of segments having a width WS and separated from each other by a space SS formed on a substrate are identified by a processor. Thereafter, a plurality of marks are set over the segments by the processor. This step comprises: (1) adjusting a width WM of each one of the marks being equal to m(WS+SS)+WS or m(WS+SS)+SS by the processor, wherein m is an integer; and (2) adjusting a space SM of adjacent two of the marks by the processor such that WM+SM=n(WS+SS), wherein n is an integer.

  • Patent number: 9129117
Abstract: An anonymous dataset generation method comprises following steps. A critical attribute set and a quasi-identifier (QID) set are acquired, and one of the critical attribute and the quasi-identifier is set as an anchor attribute. An attribute sequence and an equivalence table are generated according to the quasi-identifier set and the critical attribute set. A data cluster and a cluster table are generated according to the equivalence table. The content of the cluster table is generalized to generate and output an anonymous dataset corresponding to an original dataset. A risk evaluation method for an anonymous dataset calculates data weight to extract distinctive data and to attacking defects of the anonymous dataset according to the distinctive data, thereby enhancing a risk evaluation efficiency of the anonymous dataset.
