    Abstract: A chip packaging device is provided, which includes a main body unit, packaging unit and an aligning unit. The main body unit includes a mounting base, holder and a rotational platform. The packaging unit includes upper and lower bonding elements, upper and lower chips and a mask; a vertical axis is at the middle of the upper and the lower bonding elements, and a horizontal axis is above the lower bonding element. The aligning unit includes an aligning detector and a first focusing detector. When the lower chip and the mask are disposed on the lower bonding element, place the liquid sample in the mask and spread a packaging adhesive over the surface thereof; then, remove the mask and use the aligning detector and the first focusing detector to detect the position of the lower chip respectively, such that the chips can be aligned and bonded with each other.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a measurement system of real-time spatially-resolved spectrum and time-resolved spectrum and a measurement module thereof. The measurement system includes an excitation light and a measurement module. The excitation light excites a fluorescent sample and the measurement module receives and analyzes fluorescence emitted by the fluorescent sample. The measurement module includes a single-photon linear scanner and a linear CCD spectrometer. The single-photon linear scanner selectively intercepts a light beam component of a multi-wavelength light beam that has a predetermined wavelength to generate a single-wavelength time-resolved signal, wherein the multi-wavelength light beam is generated by splitting the fluorescence. The linear CCD spectrometer receives the multi-wavelength light beam and generates a spatially-resolved full-spectrum fluorescence signal.

    Abstract: A metal protective cover includes an annular insertion section and an enveloping section. The protective cover further includes a rearward extending portion that extends rearward from the enveloping section. The rearward extending portion includes an annular extension that is shaped to form a fold. The rearward extending portion of the protective cover shaped by the method will not restore its shape before shaping. The fold of the protective cover securely engages a stepped portion of a vehicle wheel. Thus, the rearward extending portion of the protective cover can be reliably engaged with the vehicle wheel. A durable and reliable protective cover is thus provided.

    Abstract: A vehicle wheel assembly includes a wheel made of aluminum alloy and an annular protective cover made of stainless steel. The wheel includes a central hub, a plurality of spokes extending radially outward from the central hub, and a rim. The rim has a front portion, a rear portion, and an intermediate recessed portion. The intermediate recessed portion of the rim includes an inner wall with which a distal end of each spoke is integrally formed. A front annular flange extends outward from the front portion of the rim and has a front circumferential surface and an outer circumferential edge. The annular protective cover presses against an inner wall of the front portion of the rim and envelopes the front circumferential surface and the outer circumferential edge of the front annular flange.
