    Abstract: A method of making an integrated circuit includes steps of selecting a first cell and a second cell for an integrated circuit layout from a cell library in an electronic design automation (EDA) system, the first and second cells each having a cell active area, a cell gate electrode, at least one fin of a first set of fins, and a cell border region, each cell also having the active area at an exposed side, and placing the first exposed side against the second exposed side at a cell border. The method also includes operations of aligning at least one fin of the first set of fins with at least one fin of the second set of fins across a cell border.

    Abstract: Provided is a method for preparing a bulk C—AlN composite aerogel with high strength and high temperature resistance, which includes: evenly stirring aluminum chloride crystals, water, ethanol and epoxy propane, to obtain a clear aluminum oxide sol solution, then adding formaldehyde and resorcinol to the solution and performing even stirring, to obtain an RF/Al2O3 composite aerogel sol solution, leaving the gel to stand, treating the sample by using a supercritical CO2 drying method, and finally heat-treating the sample at a high temperature under the condition of nitrogen, to obtain the bulk C—AlN composite aerogel with high strength and high temperature resistance. The composite aerogel prepared by using this method has advantages of high integrity, high specific surface area, intact structure, low heat conductivity, low density, and high strength.

    Abstract: An environmental sound source recognition system and an environmental sound source recognizing method thereof are disclosed. The system includes a plurality of sound sensing modules which are disposed in different planes for individually receiving a sound emitted by a target in order to obtain a plurality of sound sensing signals. A three-dimensional scanning device is used for scanning the environment to produce a three-dimensional environment image data. A signal recording module is used for recording the plurality of sound sensing signals and the three-dimensional environment image data. A processing module is used to calculate a location of the target based on the relative positions of the plurality of sound sensing modules and the plurality of sound sensing signals and to create a three-dimensional sound field according to the three-dimensional environment image data.

Part of buckling pieces are moveable mounted on the first mounting part for mounting the first mounting part on a side of a cabinet. The another buckling pieces are immovable mounted on the second mounting part for mounting the second mounting part on an opposite side of the cabinet. When the buckling pieces of the first mounting part are in a free state, the buckling pieces of the first mounting part are attached on the other one of the two opposite sidewalls of the cabinet. When the buckling pieces of the first mounting part are pushed to move towards the second mounting part, the first mounting part are detached from the other one of the two opposite sidewalls of the cabinet.

The shield is mounted in the rack and aligned with the first vent opening. The shield defines a circular opening corresponding to the first vent opening. A plurality of shielding pieces are pivotally mounted in the circular opening. The plurality of shielding pieces together form a circular shield in themselves to cover the circular opening by gravity. The fan is mounted in the rack and aligned with the second vent opening and the shield. The fan blows air towards the plurality of shielding pieces and rotates the shielding pieces to define an air passage between each two adjacent shielding pieces. The air passage allows air to flow therethrough only when the fan is operating.
