Abstract: A service processing method includes determining a first computing power resource for executing an offline task, determining N edge servers which execute the offline task and on which cloud applications are running based on idle computing power resources of the N edge servers being greater than the first computing power resource, and scheduling the offline task to the N edge servers in a distributed mode while ensuring normal operation of the cloud applications, so that each edge server in the N edge servers executes the offline task using the idle computing power resource of the edge server.

Abstract: A method for allocating edge computing resources is performed by a computer device, the method including: obtaining computing power resource information occupied by a target application at an edge computing node and a current operating frequency of the edge computing node during operation of the target application; determining expected demand computing power resource information of the target application for the edge computing node within a target time period according to a number of newly added service objects, offline service objects, and scenario switching service objects during the target time period; and determining a target operating frequency of the edge computing node within the target time period according to the current operating frequency, the occupied computing power resource information, and the expected demand computing power resource information.

Abstract: A data communication method includes: obtaining application data for an application to connect to a public network for data transmission; determining, according to the application data, whether the application needs to connect to a network slice, and in response to determining that the application needs to connect to a network slice, requesting a network operator to create a network slice channel and transmitting the created network slice channel to the application, so that the application switches the connected public network to another network slice corresponding to the network slice channel.

The method, performed by a target edge node, includes: receiving, based on a cloud application client switching from a first type of network to a second type of network, a first connection request forwarded by a stream proxy in a transit edge node associated with the second type of network, and establishing a first communication connection between the cloud application client and the target edge node associated with the first type of network based on the first connection request, and transmitting, based on the first communication connection, application data in the cloud application between the cloud application client and the target edge node through the stream proxy.

Abstract: A service processing method, performed by a cloud application management server, includes: upon receiving an allocation request from a target terminal, acquiring N pieces of selection reference information corresponding to a pending edge server and related to the target terminal and running reference information, the pending edge server being one of P edge servers connected to the cloud application management server; upon determining that the pending edge server meets a requirement of providing a running service of a target cloud application for the target terminal, determining a connection reference score corresponding to the pending edge server; storing the connection reference score and identification information about the pending edge server into a candidate set; and transmitting the candidate set to the target terminal.
