    Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide an antenna apparatus and an electronic device. The antenna apparatus is provided with a non-resonant unit and a feed unit, to respectively feed a radiation unit and a non-resonant unit. Through feeding power distribution design, the non-resonant unit can assist in exciting a floor characteristic mode. In addition, since a size of the non-resonant unit is much smaller than an electrical length required for resonance of an antenna on this frequency band, the non-resonant unit does not generate a resonance curve on a resonance curve and has no resonance point, to improve radiation efficiency of the antenna without generating new resonance, so as to improve a use effect of a user.

The first feeding component is electrically coupled to the grounding plate to feed the feeding structure to excite a first radiation mode of the antenna apparatus. The second feeding component is electrically coupled to the second stub to feed the feeding structure to excite a second radiation mode of the antenna apparatus. Polarizations in the two radiation modes are orthogonal.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for preparing bread by fermentation with compounded sourdough, and belongs to the technical field of food. The method compounds saccharomycetes and lactic acid bacteria to prepare the compounded sourdough. Compared with spontaneous sourdough, the fermentation performance is similar, the quality is stable, the culture period is shortened, and the compounded sourdough can be used to replace the spontaneous sourdough to prepare bread by fermentation. Moreover, the nutritional value of the compounded sourdough bread is much higher than that of the commercial yeast bread using only a single type of yeast, both in terms of the total content of free amino acids and the content of essential amino acids. The compounded sourdough provided by the present invention has extremely high industrial application value.
