    Abstract: A terahertz full-duplex co-local oscillator solid-state front-end transmitting circuit is disclosed, which belongs to the technical field of terahertz communication. The overall structure of the solid-state front-end transmitting circuit adopts a new system, wherein the circuit comprises two branches that are parallel and driven by a local oscillator source. A branched waveguide directional coupler is configured to output two driving signals provided by the same local oscillator source respectively to two branch circuits with required powers. Two transmission signals generated from the two branches are combined into one signal for transmission through an orthogonal mode coupled duplexer, so as to fulfill the construction of a full-duplex co-local oscillator solid-state front-end transmission circuit.

    Abstract: A method for automatically generating a geofence, a real-time detection method, and an apparatus are provided. The method includes obtaining an environmental image, where the environmental image is obtained by photographing a scene in which a user is located. The method also includes generating spatial structure information based on the environmental image, where the spatial structure information includes a three-dimensional (3D) point cloud and information about at least one plane, and the plane is determined by distribution of points of the 3D point cloud on the plane. The method also includes generating the geofence based on the spatial structure information.

    Abstract: A multi-band, shared-aperture, circularly polarized phased array antenna relating to the field of antenna technology is disclosed. Specifically, two multi-band, shared-aperture, circularly polarized phased array antenna designs are disclosed. By integrating multiple circularly polarized endfire antennas with different operation bands into one aperture, a shared-aperture antenna array is achieved. The bandwidth and crossband port isolation of this antenna are enhanced, and the antenna also has the properties of miniaturization, feasibility, and ease of connection with circuits.

    Abstract: A slot array antenna including a smooth curved surface and planar feed structures which are respectively disposed at two ends of the smooth curved surface and are tangent to the smooth curved surface. The smooth curved surface includes at least two arcs mutually connected by smooth transition. The at least two arcs each includes an upper copper metal layer, a lower copper metal layer, and a dielectric substrate layer between the upper and lower copper metal layers. The upper copper metal layer includes radiating slots, and the adjacent radiating slots in a linear array have opposite offsets along the center line of the slot array antenna. The dielectric substrate layer includes metallic vias symmetrically arranged on both sides of the central line of the antenna to form a substrate integrated waveguide.
