    Abstract: A method and apparatus for performing a random access (RACH) procedure is disclosed. In one embodiment, a method performed by a wireless communication node, includes: performing a plurality of random access (RACH) procedures with a wireless communication device on a first frequency resource set and a second frequency resource set, wherein the plurality of RACH procedures each comprises: receiving a first message on a first frequency resource from the wireless communication device, wherein the first frequency resource is selected from the first frequency resource set; transmitting a second message on a second frequency resource to the wireless communication device within a pre-determined time window, wherein the second frequency resource is selected from the second frequency resource set; receiving a third message on the first frequency resource from the wireless communication device; and transmitting a fourth message on the second frequency resource to the wireless communication device.

    Abstract: An enhanced dynamic random access memory (eDRAM)-based computing-in-memory (CIM) convolutional neural network (CNN) accelerator comprises four P2ARAM blocks, where each of the P2ARAM blocks includes a 5T1C ping-pong eDRAM bit cell array composed of 64×16 5T1C ping-pong eDRAM bit cells. In each of the P2ARAM blocks, 64×2 digital time converters convert a 4-bit activation value into different pulse widths from a row direction and input the pulse widths into the 5T1C ping-pong eDRAM bit cell array for calculation. A total of 16×2 convolution results are output in a column direction of the 5T1C ping-pong eDRAM bit cell array. The CNN accelerator uses the 5T1C ping-pong eDRAM bit cells to perform multi-bit storage and convolution in parallel. An S2M-ADC scheme is proposed to allot an area of an input sampling capacitor of an ABL to sign-numerical SAR ADC units of a C-DAC array without adding area overhead.

    Abstract: A method for locking repetition rate of an optical frequency comb is provided. A cavity length adjusting actuator is adopted to lock the repetition rate of the optical frequency comb. When a locking state of the cavity length adjusting actuator is in a critical threshold state, an optical delay line of an optical frequency comb optical system is adjusted to adjust the repetition rate of the optical frequency comb, so as to keep locking the repetition rate of the optical frequency comb. A locking device of the repetition rate is also provided, in which an optical delay line control system can judge the locking state of a cavity length adjusting actuator control system in real time, such that the repetition rate can be slowly adjusted within a wide range, and the locking state of the optical frequency comb can be maintained.
