A flexible band (03) is sleeved onto a rolling surface of the rolling wheel (02). A first engagement structure (121) is provided at the rolling surface of the rolling wheel (01). A second engagement structure (131) is provided at a surface of the flexible band (03) facing the rolling surface of the rolling wheel (02). The first engagement structure (121) engages with the second engagement structure (131). The rolling member and the transport device are used to transport a glass substrate, and are capable of reducing misalignment between the rolling wheel and the flexible band.

The detection light ranging apparatus of the disclosure comprises: a detection light emitting circuit that emits detection light; a first optical assembly that divides the detection light into a first sub-detection light and a second sub-detection light; a second optical assembly that receives the second sub-detection light and causes the second sub-detection light to be emitted after being reflected at least once after being reflected by the measured object; and a timing circuit that receives the first sub-detection light and starts timing to obtain a first time, and receives the second sub-detection light emitted after being reflected at least once and finishes timing to obtain a second time. The detection light ranging apparatus of the disclosure can solve the technical problem of poor measuring precision of the prior ranging apparatuses.

    Abstract: A support stage comprises a body; at least one pin hole disposed in the body; a lift pin which is received in the pin hole and movable upwards or downwards; at least one groove disposed on a hole wall of the pin hole; and balls which are accommodated in the groove and capable of freely rolling in the groove, wherein the groove is disposed around the lift pin, and is shaped and sized such that each ball is capable of rolling in the groove and a part of each ball projects beyond the hole wall of the pin hole even when the each ball is pressed by the lift pin. With the support stage according to the embodiment of the present invention, the balls are disposed in the groove of the pin hole. In this way, generation of the particles can be alleviated.
