  • Publication number: 20240124998
Abstract: The titanium-containing oxide slag, low-purity silicon and slagging fluxes are subject to reduction smelting together, and a bulk Si—Ti intermediate alloy is obtained by slag-metal separation; the obtained bulk Si—Ti intermediate alloy is crushed into Si—Ti intermediate alloy particles; and the obtained Si—Ti intermediate alloy particles are used as an anode, metallic molybdenum or metallic nickel as a cathode, metallic titanium as a reference electrode, and NaCl—KCl—NaF together with small amounts of Na3TiF6 or K3TiF6 as a molten salt, to carry out the electrolysis under a high-purity argon atmosphere at a temperature of 973 K. Ti in the Si—Ti intermediate alloy particles dissolved at the anode and deposited at the cathode, while Si in the Si—Ti intermediate alloy particles fell off from the anode as metallic silicon powder.

  • Publication number: 20230245946
Abstract: Disclosed is a pressure balancing clamp for a press-pack insulated gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) module. The pressure balancing clamp for a press-pack IGBT module includes a bracket, where the bracket is provided with two longitudinally arranged pressure equalizing plates in a sliding way; the pressure equalizing plates are connected through pressure sensors; the upper and lower ends inside the bracket are respectively connected with the pressure equalizing plates through hydraulic devices and a displacement compensation device; opposite surfaces of the two pressure equalizing plates are respectively provided with heat dissipation and confluence devices. The pressure sensors are in one-to-one correspondence with the hydraulic devices and are electrically connected. The hydraulic devices adjust the pressure according to the readings of the pressure sensors in corresponding directions, so that the pressure of the press-pack IGBT module is balanced.

  • Patent number: 11028691
Abstract: A drive system with both fixed-displacement hydraulic motors and variable-displacement hydraulic motors for a cutter head of a boring machine and a control method thereof are provided. The drive system includes a variable-displacement hydraulic motor group, a fixed-displacement hydraulic motor group and a variable-displacement hydraulic pump group. The variable-displacement hydraulic motor group, the fixed-displacement hydraulic motor group, and the variable-displacement hydraulic pump group are all connected to a main oil circuit of a cutter head system of the boring machine. The variable-displacement hydraulic pump group inputs flow to the main oil circuit; and, the variable-displacement hydraulic motor group and the fixed-displacement hydraulic motor group acquire flow from the main oil circuit. Displacements of the fixed-displacement hydraulic motor group and the variable-displacement hydraulic motor group are set in a way of specific displacement combination.

  • Patent number: 10843904
Abstract: Provided is an offshore crane heave compensation control system and method using video rangefinding to achieve heave compensation in a directly driven pump-controlled electro-hydraulic heave compensator. The heave compensation and the heave compensator are applicable for special operation and control requirements on a fixed offshore platform and allow the crane to achieve steady lifting of a load away from or lowering of a load on to a supply vessel without being influenced by the motion of the supply vessel caused by ocean currents, ocean winds, or ocean waves. Also provided is a test platform for the offshore crane heave compensation control system using video rangefinding. The test platform provides a realistic simulation for all lifting and lowering processes of an offshore platform crane in offshore environments to study the motion control of the provided system.
