Abstract: The present invention relates to a lay-up surface (2), resin fabrics (K) laid side by side and/or on top of each other on the lay-up surface (2), at least one welding apparatus (3) enabling the resin fabrics (K) to be joined to each other by means of heat after they are brought into contact with each other, and at least one compression plate (4) detachably attached onto the lay-up surface (2), applying pressure to the resin fabrics (K), thereby almost completely preventing the sliding and/or wrinkling of the resin fabrics (K).

Abstract: A thermoforming system has a composite plate, a loading area in which the plate is placed, a heating area in which the plate is heated, a pressing area in which the plate is formed, and at least one mold which is located in the pressing area that applies heat and pressure to the plate so that the plate is formed. The system also includes a thermoforming area which is formed by the loading area, heating area, and the pressing area and consists of at least two different surfaces located opposite each other. A rail system is located on at least one surface in the thermoforming area and allows the plate to be conveyed within the thermoforming area.

Abstract: A composite part production system is disclosed which includes a body. A first mold is located on the body. A second mold is located on the body in a form-fitting manner with the first mold and allows a composite plate to be formed by overlapping on the first mold under temperature and pressure. A frame is located on the body and allows the composite plate to be transported to the first mold and/or the second mold by holding the composite plate.
