The CDK4/PARP1 dual-target inhibitor is a compound having a general structural formula A-Linker-B, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, solvate, hydrate, or prodrug thereof. The CDK4/PARP1 dual-target inhibitor of the present application effectively overcomes the shortcomings of poor efficacy of single CDK4 inhibitors and weak activity of single PARP1 inhibitors, exhibiting strong inhibitory activity against both CDK4 and PARP1, and having promising application prospects.
