Abstract: A machine for treating a surface lying in an XY-plane comprising a body, a body plate attached to the body, a drive assembly attached to the body and a cleaning plate assembly. The drive assembly includes a motor having a motor drive shaft and a transmission having offset drivers driven by the motor drive shaft. The cleaning plate assembly has an eccentric drive member engaging the offset drivers to drive the cleaning plate assembly in an oscillating pattern parallel to the XY-plane and relative to the body plate.
